Yes! I love that we started this channel as we take 10 times the footage we would from a family vacation and so we catch so many more details! We are fine in our area, we are forecasted to get 3-5 inches of rain over the next few days.
I just watched your video and I started to cry.....this place is soooo amazing and so like Haven. We are planning a vacation a Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line The Getaway.....7 day Western vac. I'm going to plan to go to this place in Belize. Hope they have this excursion. Thank you for sharing all your videos I am hooked on watching them. Making plans for this one for sure.

Hello! I am looking into booking this excursion. I'm flying solo which makes me feel like I'll be less entertained once the snorkeling is over. How often do boats go back to the island/ port? Our ship is spending the least amount of time in Belize so I don't really want a crazy long excursion or don't want to be stuck at an excursion 4+ hours. Sailing on the Carnival Magic. Happy holidays!
@@EECCTravels I am an avid shark's tooth hunter :-) In fact, I helped a little toddler girl look 1 day and she picked up a friggin mastadon tooth as big as her little hand! You never know what you might find. Very good to know. Thanks!
Do the boats take you back to the cruise port at one specific time or are you able to go back early? Sorry so many questions!! Thank you for your videos! We can’t wait to go on the Vista in April 2019
It is at scheduled times. It is about a 35 minute ride from port out to Goff's Caye and your boat stays with you the whole time. We will be on the Vista in April 2019 too :)
This tour was $40 per person, which is a pretty inexpensive excursion. You did have to pay extra for the food on the island but it was reasonably priced.
Wow that really isn't bad at all. Thank you! Me and my husband plan on going on our first cruise next April/May alone. Then next year for our family vacay bring our 2 kids (they will be 11 and 7 almost 8)
We have never felt uncomfortable leaving them in our bag next to our beach chair. But most places do have lockers you can rent. I just found a fantastic product which is a small portable case you can lock to a beach chair. I will have a video review up on it this weekend.
Hi Manuela. I'm leaving fo my first cruise and was wondering about this also. The solution I have found is called a dry bag. It's a bag that floats and can go in the water. It is completely waterproof. You can find them online via google or on Amazon. just search for a dry bag. the brand I was looking at is called earth pak.
We prebooked this with a company called Island Marketing. They took great care of us and it was a wonderful time. There are other companies that take you here but I can't speak for them I don't believe you can take a water taxi there. It is about a 35 minute boat ride and the snorkeling was guided tours. Definitely give it a try!

The weather is very nice in Spring. We love cruising this time of year as it is warm but not hot like during the summer.

Do they let you bring back shells and coconuts? Etc? Or are they weird about that?
You can bring back shells but no fruit so no coconuts.

Yes, it is a guides tour so your guides take you on a path through the best snorkeling areas and back to shore.
