I really enjoy the lyrics and deep thoughts about mental health, personal journeys, internet/media effects, and thoughts on the music industry (and more). I really enjoy when an artist pushes the boundaries of the normalcies, but also creates a larger message and conversation. Excited to see what else Dax puts out in the future.

I feel like a lot of people dissociate Dax the same way they do Hopsin. Underrated lines and flows, but the way they pay homage to the OG's piss the said OG's off and it creates hate, gets them called posers when in my opinion they are just honoring their influences. They have put out some less than god tier songs too, but even the OG's have songs not everyone likes. This is why Joyner/Da Baby is on top right now. They also pay homage, but their new sound is unique, and motivating. Makes you wanna bust out of the hole your life is in. Hopsin was a fellow sufferer who made it, but then he didnt get better. Notice how his career suffered when his subject matter couldn't really change. I feel like a lot of people dissociate Dax the same way they do Hopsin. Underrated lines and flows, but the way they pay homage to the OG's piss the said OG's off and it creates hate, gets them called posers when in my opinion they are just honoring their influences. They have put out some less than god tier songs too, but even the OG's have songs not everyone likes. This is why Joyner/Da Baby is on top right now. They also pay homage, but their new sound is unique, and motivating. Makes you wanna bust out of the hole your life is in. Hopsin was a fellow sufferer who made it, but then he didnt get better. Notice how his career suffered when his subject matter couldn't really change. Dax has the most success out of his remixes and not his albums, at least on plays/views and even though this has helped him become a badass rapper it gives a lot of people the wrong idea about him when I feel he really does deserve a bunch of recognition. Forget about Dre was one of my most favorite songs like EVER, but then Dax, made me love it even more.
