Thank you dear friends for great reminders of how to practice the beautiful Catholic we share! Fasting ! Thats a big one, John I agree 100% with Adoration sustaining us through suffering! And love the idea of presenting our loved ones as Mary & Joseph did❤ Great discussion🥰
God sent me to this passage from St Teresa and I’ve been praying it every morning. Since then I’ve been diagnosed with the beginnings of Alzheimer’s disease, which my father had passed from. I know Jesus and Mary are walking with me, and I ask for your prayers
We will certainly keep you in our prayers. Jesus and Mary are definitely walking with you and will never abandon you. St. Theresa is a great companion too. She will intercede for you. Stay close to Jesus and take all your concerns to Him. He will grace you with all that you need to carry this very heavy cross. May Jesus shine His Face upon you. Jesus, I trust in You!
I am listening to this now as I struggle with despair after my prayers for a few years now have not been answered- I struggle and the attacks and problems I face just incerease and increase. I am alone facing an abusive relationship - trying to get out - facing illness and also attacks from a family member who is using my struggles to bully me out of my father's will... I am trying to hold onto faith but I dont know how long I have the strength to continue
Our dear sister in Christ, you are never alone. Jesus is right there with you. Continue to beg Him for strength and He will help you get through all your trials. We are all praying for you. May Our Lord shine His Face upon you and bring you healing. God bless you!
Thank you great topic as we offer Thanksgiving and begin the Advent season, Go With God

We can do nothing on our own, all is gift, our tears and our laughter can be great acts of love.
