I'm a huge fan of the retrain trend we've seen the last few years. Giving players the opportunity to ACTUALLY compete with Yubel and Horus is so cathartic
It's so amazing to see these old archetypes (Horus, Yubel) making a comeback, I remember pulling one of the Yubel cards myself back in the day, this brings back memories man. Also that Sunset Beat must be the most beautiful card I've ever seen!
They missed a chance to put a DaD retrain in this set. Would have been a throwback to the og Yubel set.
Horus the black flame deity and the ashened cards are my favourites from this set. Ashened as an archetype looks good
Horus should have been ghost rare. IMHO
The Ghottic is based on the vanilla monster "Wretched Ghost in the Attic", which was a common in TP8. The whole trend with the Mementotlan archetype is retraining classic vanilla monsters.
Also a fun fact about "Master of Ham" is that it's stats (Level, Attack and Defense) are all exactly half of the stats of "Master of Oz" (Half of Level 9 is 4.5, rounded up is 5). Pretty neat little easter egg!
Favorite card in the set is of course Yubel, one of my favorite cards and I’m so excited to have a decent way to play the deck now!!!!
I'm super excited to play around with Yubel! It's super cool that they retrained a bunch of the old cards Yubel used as a coherent deck.
I have to agree, that cover art is so amazing, I also really like the purple/red theme! Favourite card is probably Poplar, it makes Fire decks just sooo strong!
Spirit of Yubel is my absolute favourite. I love the intricate background art in it.
The Ashened archetype is loosely based off of the city of Pompeii, which was once destroyed in a volcanic eruption, and Veidos is supposed to represent Mount Vesuvius and Obsidim which is the field spell is also the name of the city, and the various monsters represents different people who were a part of the city whose souls still exists even after the destruction of the city to represent the constant struggle between the people and Veidos
Excited for Snake-Eyes Poplar and more Snake-Eyes support! Can't wait to build a pure Snake-Eyes!
These retrains are very pretty and I'd love to see more for the older cards that never had their clear archetype shown off. Love the new Yubel, ive always thought the card was cool when i was younger.

Saffira, Dragon Queen of the Voiceless Voice is definitely my favorite card from this set she looks so beautiful.

Love it when they make a good Ritual archetype, the Voiceless cards are great to see. it seems shortsighted though since the ritual spell mentiones the new skull guardian but old saffira, and then they go and make a saffira retrain in LEDE
Favorite card in the set is HANDS DOWN Aromalilith Rosalina. She’s absolutely insane, and cute to boot! They made my favorite archetype playable!!! Def my fav core set in awhile, feels like it was made just for me ❤

These cards are all so cool! For nostalgia value I really like the Yubel support, they are actually kind of good cards once the next wave of support is released too. Other than that my favorite card in the set is definitely the Promethean Princess, such an awesome staple and power card for FIRE decks 🤘😎

Yubel retrain is great, but personally, I am super excited for the Raidraptor boss monster. Feels like you have pulled every card that I am looking forward to in this opening video haha.

The new Yubel fusion is going to be a cool Super Poly target for Branded decks. You can fusion deployment out a Yubel and then wipe an entire board.

Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames, is a beautiful card. Really, I just love the artwork. Links usually have the best artwork of most cards now days
I'm most excited for principug! Reminds me of my little guy leon(also a pug) and just had to make a deck around it. Probably gonna try to make gate guardian with it and see how it goes
Favorite card is definitely going to be promethean princess bestower of flames. Going to be huge for fire strats. I've been diggin the Snake-Eyes/Sinful Spoils stuff.

My favorite card from this set is Horus the Black Flame Deity. The artwork is awesome, it has a pretty good effect, and I'm glad this archetype is continuing to get new support after all this time.

My favorite card is Saffira Dragon Queen of the Voiceless Voice because she reminds me of the duel links days where her alternate form is meta in supporting cyber angels to get kog.

My favourite card is EM:P Meowmine. As a spright player, it is a really nice extender! Since I’m also getting my hands on S:P really soon, the removal effect of EM:P will synchronise super well with S:P!

My favorite card in the set is easily Veidos the Eruption Dragon of Extinction. Not only an aesthetically beautiful card, but in terms of its effects it's also one of the most interesting hand traps ever printed.

The new Ashened archetype looks awesome and yes, it’s great that those are not expensive. You are really lucky for pulling a QCR hope you get more tomorrow and on Fridays stream.
I'm excited about the Ashened and Goblin Biker archetypes. I love the Ashened art (they're based on the Dark Souls videogame series) and my favorite is the Priestess of the AShened City, and the Goblins are really fun. I want to try out some decks for both of them!
EDIT: wow, I didn't know about that Ultimeat Offering! Yeah, Ultimate Offering is still banned and you can do one extra Normal per 500LP, even during the opponent's turn. This one is a bit more expensive and limited, but still pretty nice!

So many good cards in this set. My favourite are the new Yubel cards. The Spirit of Yubel and the Yubel fusion are both have amazing artwork.

The art on horus looks really cool.
I'm eager to try out the Raidraptors (Raidraptor - Rising Rebellion Falcon in particular) since I have always enjoyed them. Not considered good, especially compared to the Snake Eyes, but oh well.
This set really introduced a lot of cool cards and some really awesome artwork.
