Prank idea: Go to a con dressed up in a stupidly detailed (and presumably very expensive) space suit with the visor down and a camera crew following you at a distance. See how many people say "Are you Adam?!". Respond by playing an Adam Savage sound board through a hidden speaker in the helmet. After they freak out take off your helmet and say "Sorry I couldn't hear a word you just said?"

Damn and I thought I had big ambitions for my costume
Same. Then I realize how big my ambitions are and go "uh.... Where and should I start?"
sketchfab.com/models/61b7678d95904715b2283f0ac4837ae9 Yeah. I'm not a smart person. And I want it to look excellent. At least taking a look at it, I know what parts I need now. The mask portion is going to be the hardest. Other than modifying the shoes to be biologically possible.
Thankyou for introducing me to this wonderful site. With google/youtube algorithm all janked, discovery is oh so difficult these days. This is amazing!!
Haha, ironically I just was googling for a 3d model of arsene. But hey, a good source is a good source, eh?
You said it!😄
What an amazing build! I couldn’t stop smiling the whole video. You’ve been a huge inspiration to me in my diy-ness! Growing up I was always a tinkerer and now that I can go out and meet and see so many likeminded people it makes me so happy! You are my Bob Ross, and Mr Rogers. Never stop being you!
who knew it was possible for a man to have Camel toe
Steven Acton go watch the original Star Trek
Steven Acton that’s not a camel toe!
That’s an armored space toe!
Moose knucle
It gotta hurt right? I mean, it looks so tight, that after an hour on the con-floor, you'd lose all your blood flow to that area.
i stand corrected
He is so cool with his fans! This vid makes me happy!
Nerd. Wonderful, so grateful to see such loving attention to detail.
That makes no sense.
The Chip Skylark girl was genuinely choked up and I’m so touched. Adam, you’re a legend.
You're wearing two speedmasters?
You can actually see him smiling all the time he's so amazing.
I bet some kids thought that it was a fortnite skin cosplay
It’s so great the time, money, effort, passion that he puts into these costumes along with the collaboration of local talent that help with these. 👍
1 tip,rub soap on your visor so it doesn't fog!
Graham Pawar well we know where that got Chris Hadfield! 😉
vegetablle oil on a cloth works better and doesnt burn if you get any in your eyes ...
0623kaboom baby shampoo works great
If i remember correctly nasa has switched from dishwashing detergent to no tears shampoo as an antifog after the whole hadfield story!
I got to spend NASA's 60th at the deep space communication centre in Aus. It was very cool watching the radio telescopes align to receive, watching info come in from the furthest reaches of space that we've been able to listen to so far, while remembering the beginnings of our physical reach for space.
Loved this cos-play. Made my heart very happy
