Followed same process till entering new PIN BUT when am entering new pin its showing that Transaction declined and Incorrect pin. Faced same issue in SBI ATM AND INTERNET BANKING

Video published on August 2017 may be true .But unfortunately ,now it is not allowed to generate new PIN, in-spite of having SBI Internet Banking account.All methods mentioned are ineffective and intentionally ineffective.

I'm not getting the next 2 digit pin via sms after entering my first 2 digit pin, all the sms are coming ( like profile login , and othe otp's) but not for the atm next 2 digit pin.
I wish to change my PIN using ATM and unfortunately unable to receive OTP. FYI same mobile no. register for two different Account with Different Account Name. So please advise the possibility. Also i am not getting any Notification of Transaction. So i think better to change mobile no. in account. please also inform the process.
Please note that ATM PIN may be generated from various channels. Please visit bit.ly/2fdKdPB for a tutorial video in this regard. Further, if issue persists, you may visit any of the nearby branch for getting a duplicate ATM Pre printed Kit.
You may update the mobile number through our online banking facility or through ATM channel without visiting the branch.
Kindly note that mobile no. in your account may also be updated at any of our nearest branch. If you are approaching the nearest branch, please submit your KYC documents also along with your request letter in this regard."

Alternatively, you may also share the specific details of your grievance by calling our contact center on SBI's helpline numbers i.e. 1800 11 2211 (toll-free), 1800 425 3800 (toll-free) or 080-26599990.
I had applied for a new debit card through internet banking because my previous card was very old and worn off! Today I got the new card delivered!
Now my question is, to activate the new card....do I have to block the former card?...Or strightway should I go on activating the new card?....and also .....If I have to go with the former option...then how much time should I be waiting after blocking my old card before activating my new one? Plz rply!
Dear Customer, you may activate the new ATM Card immediately through internet banking facility by following the step-wise process as envisaged in the video tutorial available at the link ua-cam.com/video/-CBI55n6YVM/v-deo.html The blocking of the previous card is at the option of the customer. Since your ATM card is worn out and of no use, you may block the same to avoid the Annual Maintenance Fee in future, which is recovered every year on all active cards.

1.) SMS: SMS PINCCCCAAAA to 567676 from the registered mobile number where CCCC is the last four digits of the Debit Card number and AAAA is the last four digits of the account number. One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent on the registered mobile number. OTP will be valid for 2 days. The cardholder has to create a new PIN using OTP at any State Bank ATM (Banking > PIN Change) to carry out further transactions.
2.) INB: Log in to your internet banking, Select e-Services >> ATM Card Services >> ATM PIN Generation. Use One Time Password or profile password for authentication.
3) IVRS: Cardholder has to call the Bank’s Contact Centre (1800 425 3800/ 1800 1122 11/080-26599990) from his/her registered mobile number. The cardholder has to enter the full Card number and account number. One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent on the registered mobile number. OTP will be valid for 2 days. The cardholder has to create a new PIN using OTP at any State Bank ATM (Banking > PIN Change) to carry out further transactions.
4) Branch: In case, you are finding difficulty in generating PIN through the above mode. The Pre-printed PIN Kits (PPK) can be availed by the cardholders at any Branch instantly (i.e., at both home and non-home Branches) over the counter by giving a written request along with necessary supportive documents of identity/ bonafide credentials.

I have made several attempts to generate new atm pin.....(a) through inb. With otp as well as through prof pw.....(b). Then through ATM.....

In both cases (OTP&Profile pasword) proposed two digits submitted.Instead of last 2 digits,received SMS with 8 digits.

I have net banking kit ,I typed correct data in app it always says wrong username or password .I contacted branch they got furious over me and gave new kit again app said invalid .When I switched to laptop and gave input the same credentials it accepted,where is the problem.I even can not contact branch as last time they warned me while handling the kit as this is last kit for u

It will usually takes 4-5 days. Although u can also track your speed post consignment in post tracking website by entering ur consignment no. recieved on your registered mobile no.
