As someone from the balkans and near Turkey - baklava is a holy thing for us. If you visit Bosnia - you can eat it all day and night. In fact there are various baklavas with many different ingredients (the one you tried is the traditional one), there's also one with pistachios (which I prefer much more). Honestly, the best thing ever.. Lots of interesting stuff over here on the other side of the planet - you should come, visit :)
