The reason you're not getting 70% back, is because you have blockbux / limited time items on that plot. When you delete them, they go into your inventory. Blockbux items also have a money value that they add to your house cost. Also for example when you deleted the valentines house, you got loads of *limited* items in your inventory. Since you can't get them anymore, they just go into your inventory, that's why you don't get the right amout of money. Hope i helped!
That's true but also when you delete items say like 2467 dolleer couch when you delete it it only gives you back like 1576 so the fact that you don't get as much back when you donate has somthing to do with that
