Episode 27 - Ducks, Benches and damn Kittiwakes!

This week, things got a bit stormy in the usually mild mannered Parks and Open Spaces sub-committee. Do NOT feed the ducks, and benches to encourage people to chat, and I find myself in the rare circumstance of agreeing with Councillor Brooks. I also look at the menace of the Kittwakes, who continually feature in the Marina Theatre's timetable.
