I've always said you have this really positive mindset and listening to you talk makes me want to do changes too I miss that. I have so many health problems that sounds like an 80yr old rather than a 46yr old it's scary. I'm definitely going to rewatch some of your video's because until today I didn't realise how much better I feel watching you. Miss and love you heaps beautiful healing soft gentle hugs always❤💆❤

Hi Cali. Your vids..and one other youtuber, have gotten my creative juices flowing again. I'm working on the Dec Dice and Deal...trying to finish and post it before the end of the month (Pat Bass on Facebook, Wolfsbanehollow here on youtube) I shared the suncatcher recently on The Gypsy and the Witch page. I may even resurrect my youtube channel that I haven't posted a vid on in years... but I am going to pursue the goal of one project per week for myself, and one project per week for others (gifts or to sell), and once I get used to that pattern, add at least 1 per month towards my love of Halloween. I moved a couple of years ago and lost everything so I'm now going to use the Dice and Deal projects to add one crafting item per week to my new stash.

Cali if you make another warmer; white rice works great for that. That’s the only thing I use white rice for. Sure hope you start healing soon!

Lots of healing wishes going your way, Cali! 💖 It's difficult to quiet ones mind when you are in so much pain, but I'm sure it can help if you can manage it, I know I struggle with it much of the time. Glad you're not giving up on us entirely, but I truly do understand the internet addiction and seeming need (amazing how it can just creep up on you). Have a great week and enjoy your new reading time. (great job on your refrigerator...now it's my turn lol)
Please please please look into finding some Turmeric Root and making a tea out of it. Asian grocery stores usually carry it cheaply. It is the BEST natural anti inflammatory aid available. Chop up the root and steep in hot water for 8-15 minutes then add fresh ground black pepper. The pepper helps your body to metabolize the turmeric without it, the tea or even vitamin supplements of it are useless. You can add agave nectar if you like your tea sweet, although I don't add any to mine. It should help better than the ibuprophrin and also help heal the damage it has done to your stomach. The more you drink the better you will feel. Hope this helps!!! 💕

I had severe tendonitis back in the day from work. The physio made me use ice cubes he said it gets down to bone better not cold compresses. Take the ice and rub it around in circles. It will take down the inflammation. Just hold it with paper towel or a cloth. Do it for like 5 minutes or more. It really helps. Sending you healing vibes.
be careful with ibuprofen it will constipate you . Sorry...Then you have more issues.

I collect the Ball mason jars, and have about 20 or so ones with the glass dome lids in clear and blue. I have them on the window sill,and fill them up with Hershey Kisses according to the season. I have silver and blue for Christmas right now, then will change to silver, pink, and red for Valentines. My friend works for an estate sale company and grabs them for me. I have a couple box’s with them in the basement. I have enough however but he still saves them for me❤️if you’d like a couple/few, let me know😉

I’ve had 6 cortisone shots in my back, and every single time I cried like a baby!!! I’d like to say I have a high tolerance for pain. However you get a doctor in the room, asking how you’re feeling, and I lose it!!! My physical therapist just gave me that band!!! (Mine is orange 🍊 ) damn did I beat my body up when I was younger!!!
I know you can relate!! Man those shots are no joke!!! And yes, I am trying to repair over 35 years of rock n roll and party hearty lol.. hope you are having a great week,thanks for being here :) Peace & Love

Thanks so much for the Wednesday Vlog - it's Thursday here, bright blue sky, cold and sunny and the sea is littered with diamonds! Glad you are getting into your foam roller and Theraband. I have a theraband for exercising my new hip and it can be quite tricky! For lunch we walked into town (about a mile) for a small beer and a seitan dog with sage and onion stuffing and crispy brussel sprout leaves followed by mince pie brownies with cranberry jam vegan ice cream!! If I don't get to message you beforehand, have a great NYE xxxxx

I feel bad about your shoulder and the pain your in, this deep freeze we are in doesn't help either! Those needles are no joke, is so true!! I use either Tiger balm patches or my favorite, Salon Pas. The later works very well for me on my back. You have a some great things for you shoulder and I hope you have increased improvement. I can't wait to hear more on the intermittent fasting, I'm very interested! Light and love to you....

ok cali, ummm can't take ibuprofen and aleve? why? I take both for my osteoarthritis. my shoulders been hurting too. but then again I always hurt lol! don't give up on the shots. I get them too. sometimes it takes days/weeks to get the full effect. sometimes it's like a miracle shot, I get the shot and after I get off the table and take a few steps and.... TADA "omg where'd the pain go?? ( not that I want it back, mind you)" lmbo! get to feeling better luv! take care, we aren't spring chickens anymore!
Hi Tammy, thanks for being here :) Aleve and Ibuprofen are both NSAID's (non steroidal anti inflammatories) so they are the same class of medication...you can increase the risk of bleeding and GI upset by taking them both together (google it)...you can take Tylenol (Acetominophen) with either one though.....thanks fo rth efeedback about the shot, I am still waiting fo rth efull effect lol , hope you're feeling better too, Peace & Love
Dr wanted to do a cortisone shot in my knee this past week, I turned it down lol Hope and Tom are both feeling better soon. xxx

Hey Cali, you know me being the little herby Kratom is an awesome herb for pain and it's super powerful. Also Comfrey would be an awesome herb for healing your shoulder. It heals ligaments,ten dents,muscles and bones. It's also a vey powerful herb. You can get these at Mountain Rose Herbs.Com. You can make the Comfrey into a tea and add a little Hibiscus for an awesome taste(many benefits). If interested I would drink the comfrey 3 x's a day. I hope this can be of some help to you. Hi, Cali. I'm glad its not a torn rotor cuff. They tore Trolly's when they had to go through to fix his heart. I'm amazed they didn't mention K-tape for the inflammation. Trolly swears by it. Generic can be more powerful than brand name in some of the icy hots. Dollar Tree and Walmart brand are good too. :) I'll stop lecturing but one little warning about the heat up pad...don't buy the one with clay as they tend to explode in the microwave after a few uses. I won't mention Cortisone can lead to diabetes but you aren't a sweet lover so I refuse to stress that point. :) The only other thing they did to get rid of the inflammation was heat massage. The heat massage combined with all of the stuffs above helped heal. I'll stop! You are a nurse and Dr. Tom is a marvelous person for caring after a special sister. One more tiny detail....when doing your exercises to put a hot damp towel on the shoulder as you work it to prevent stiffness. Goodness, I'm lame. Sorry!!!! Yay for giving your sofa to your son. You are a blessing and stay blessed! Peace & Love
