The job of the strength coach is to improve the strength of the team, doesn't matter the method that you use as long as it works. 2011 Bama was a second half team, they had power strength and endurance. Seems to be working. Last 2 out of 3 years National Champions...
This is why America will always be great. If we could all just embody this desire TO work instead of a desire to RUN AWAY from work we would all be great at what we do!!
@chipkline -- Part 5/5 would not upload for some reason due to youtube's monitoring system. It was automatically kicked out. Part 5 is on my website - BAMADOG.COM in the right column as of 12/2/10. You'll see the Training Days logo and the video links below it. It might take a while to load because it to download most of it before it will play unlike the youtube player.
LMAO!! the lunchlady: "Now you didnt break in line now did you" player: No mam you know i didnt cut in line comooown... Lunchlady: "are you sure?" player: "I.... I did.." Hahaha
I think that is because Sanchez earned the starting job in training camp. Somebody who helps lead your team to two straight AFC titles isn't going to be bench for a quarterback who didn't win the starting job earlier in preseason.
LLS....... I love Scott Cochran but he was yelling so hard that he spit in Trent Richardson's face. Trent was about to get in that ass...hahahaha LMAO 1:50
LOL Saban drives a Benz. I kinda expect such a kickass defensive-minded coach to drive like an F-150, pickup, SUV etc. like all of my high school coaches.
Who was the guy screaming "GET BACK ON THE BALL!!!" and replied to Coach Saban, "I'm telling you Coach, I keep ripping their ass and they kepp blocking!!"
In my opinion this is a terrible way to coach. It wouldn't motivate me personally. I'd just want to punch the coaches in the face. But that's just me, maybe some people think its a good way. I prefer the more constructive criticism way of coaching and only shouting when its really needed to emphasise a important point. Either having a slight go at players or as a motivational tool
I love this way makes me thrive to be the best Saban might not get everyone to like him but his job is to get everyone better and I like it but some people have their own preference
Julio would have been much better and higher draft pick had we went to real program that used him and not the boring and dull crimson tide. He wasted his college career.
Mark Ingram is and will be one of my favorite Alabama players of all time. Class act and such a great representative of the University.
'If it feels good you aint doing it right"
1:59 Legendary words.
i could watch this video over and over again..scott cochran is my idol..haha literally..i want to go to college to end out with a job like he has

When you talk about the number of players in the NFL you NEED to mention the U of miami.
Nick Saban's dad shorts
To bad Mcelroy hasn't gotten a chance to show his skills in the NFL. Yet they let Sanchez play..

If it feels good you aint doing it right lol

@nflrush1 --- I don't know - maybe someone else can help you out.
If i had a trainer like this i would totally kick some ass
Who was the guy screaming "GET BACK ON THE BALL!!!" and replied to Coach Saban, "I'm telling you Coach, I keep ripping their ass and they kepp blocking!!"
The guy at 8:20 sounds like a little girl screaming over some dolls
