I have cut off the pipe in the exhaust, changed the main jet to 90 and changed the cdi to and unrestricted but something happens at 57 km/h. The brakes get activated somehow and don’t let me get past 57 km/h did I maybe buy the wrong cdi or something? Someone help me
little late but did u change to a reinforced crankshaft? or just the orginal one and did it ever fail on u? im thinking about getting the doppler cylinder but i dont feel like switching crankshaft
MotoWarrior damm. In finland the legal speed for mopeds is 45 km/h. If it goes over 65 you get minimum fine of like 1500 euros and u lose ur license and registration.

benke chenke Thanks! Yes they are showa frontforks, but i had to change quite a bit. (barings and axle) But i think a marzocchi frontfork is plug and play. (marzocchi comes off a derbi drd pro)
nah those used to be for sale, the yz125's are just a little bit different but the dudes making them stopped selling them so you cant get them anymore the yz125's do look very similar and i think those are pretty cheap as well

It looks good but i like the look of a exhaust that doesnt go underneath the moped way more. And i like the welds of the last exhaust.

david olsson a exaust that goes under the moped gives less power and is easyer to dent. A normal exaust gives more power nd it isnt as easy to dent

Doppler is fine on original crankshaft, if it hasnt got too many km's on it. Never had an issue

Put a 70airsal and a bigger main jet and a smaller rear sprocket, it will be a good start on tunning

Nah i'm actually running a bit too rich.
In the video your pilot jet is very lean, you can hear that it doesn't idle right, doesn't responde well at the throttle and rpm goes down slowly

ROSH there is usually not a big difference in the 50 sport cylinders, not worth the money. But that’s my opinion.

That front mudguard is so ugly. It is so low.
No That's not the mudguard That's Just the front fork. It sits a bit lower with the upside down frontfork.
Yeah it is a little lower than the stock fork, but 5:35 it looks like the attachment point is higher that the mudguard it self.
