HELLO! If you like my videos and would like to help me somehow please read!
Recently my positive organ had to suffer some upgrades and the wind blower does not work anymore for it. Unfortunately my instrument is dead until i have a new blower but it is very expensive, not manufactured in Brazil and worst, even more inaccessible now because of Brazil economic situation and high currency devaluation.

Thank you very much for your help and kindness!
The organ stops and the crumhorns match perfectly. It gives the impression there're many more instruments being played at the same time. Really well done!
Valeu Leozao!!!
I never imagined playing this piece on Krummhorns! It is one of the most beautiful vocal pieces ever composed, and I have to say that it is equally gorgeous on the buzzies! I'm going to have my music group play it like this with our church choir...should give the congregation a new view of this wonderful piece... :)
+mcburcke I´m happy you enjoyed this version my dear friend! The key fits nicely for the crumhorn. Best, Ed

One of my favourite among Tallis' many gems. Makes me want to save up for a crumhorn.

merci pour la music 🎶
Thank you!
If ye love me let me GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
:)
Hey man! You're an incredibly talented individual. Would you ever consider doing some Monteverdi? I think it would go very well with the Crumhorn, especially his vocal works.
Hello Dietrich! Thanks for comment. Indeed Monteverdi could sounds great with crumhorns. I´ve already tryed it once playing one of the sinfonias from Orfeo. I should think in another piece (vocal) that could fit the consort. Thank you! Ed.
I am wondering if you must record multiple times to get such lovely intonation with such a difficult instrument to tune?
Oh, beleave me - It take some time and lots of takes to do all of it but the result is satisfactory :)
I love this, I wish I had a crumhorn, but they are expensive. Anybody know how to make one?
:( Save some money and buy used one. Good luck!
Eduardo, you make wonderful music, and your videos are so much fun!
If you take requests, how about Susato's tune 'Mundesse'? It would sound awesome on crumhorns along some other period instruments - sackbut, dulcian, and recorder (at dance tempo - 108 bpm).
By the way, how did you get that big organ into the forest?
Keep up the good work!
Hello! Thanks for your suggestion. I´m gonna check for this Susato´s tune. I must arrange some time for new videos but i will try it! Best
With the spanish trumpets of the organ the crumhorns complete each other perfectly.
+Leander Schoormans Indeed! :)
Great performance Eduardo! I love this piece. Take a look at this version I have found:
If ye love me (Thomas Tallis) - New York Polyphony | free bonus track from BIS Records
I hope you will enjoy it.
Regards!
Thank you Jesús. This version is really beautiful Thanks for sharing this :)
Great channel! Love your videos. At my college there is a whole crumhorn set and I'm want to start an early music project but we don't have any idea where we can buy the reeds for the instruments. Is there anywhere I can buy reeds in America? Greetings from Costa Rica (:
Thank you! Unfortunately i don´t a easy way to buy it in America. Maybe you could try will Bill Lazar. If you would like to buy from Europe the easiest way i think is in earlymusicshop website BUT you must check who is the maker of your crumhorns and then ask earlymusicshop guys if it will fit nicely. Good luck and let me know if you get it!
Thanks a lot! I'll let you know!
dragonknight0792 :)!
great! Who made the crumhorns?
Thanks! Three of them (sopran, tenor and bass) were made by Richard Wood from England. I´m not sure about the alto one but it was a copy from Eric´s Moulder one. Best wishes
Almost prefer the crumhorns to voices...
Thanks :)
