So sad though to loose one of the best mountaineers from my country, Juan Pablo Mohr, trying to repeat this achievement on the same season.

Congratulations from both Poland and the USA, to Nepal, home of the best most genuine mountaineers on the planet. There were others who said it before me but must repeat, as it describes accurately what I feel. It's about the only time when the national anthem of a country, not of my own makes me emotional. 77 people died on K-2 (29% of all who tried), without a doubt one of the most difficult and dangerous climbs IN HISTORY.
They climbed the death zone at -65 -70 Celcius temperature. Dear God, what was the wind chill???

I have successfully summited twice out of 3 attempts but these guys Sherpas) are the real heroes i doubt i would have made it to camp 3 without them. They do literally everything for you , carry your bags & general baggage for you, cook,clean, keep ypu motivated, everything you need & LOTS OF SINGING. They really risk their lives for you.

Ever since mountaneering became an issue of interest to me I have noticed the pivotal role of the sherpas in most important achievements. They are simply the best climbers. Almost supermen. Congratulations for one more unbelievable accomplishment.

Climbers are not allowed on the tibetan mountains, that‘s the only reason it hasn‘t been done before

Winter summit would of been achived last year. But unfortunatly sherpas "sabotaget" the climbers. They were european climbers. Its was probably planed by sherpas to achive it this year by themselfs.
How do you know? How was it sabotaged? damn that would really piss me off if true.
They weren't only sherpas this time, there was a Spanish guy that unfortunately died on the way down, media is hiding it for some reason, no one talks about him, such disrespect from them...
