Akrapovick exhaust claims, kinda much like a lot of manufacturers do when it's not true, that with this slip on there is NO need to run a power commander or re-tune your stock ECU. Is this true? If you do just the slip on, is any retune needed? Thank you so much for the great content!!!

I have the same exhaust on my 701, it's heavier than stock by about 500grams and is very silent... the intake is actually louder than the Akra. :D With the db-killer removed (no need to drill out the rivets, btw) it sounds glorious, but will cause hearing damage.
