Congratulations for your anniversary. Wishing y'all many more! Ha! When I lived in Killeen I raced at "Temple-Academy" (Little River) Dragway. Early 80's... It was kind of cool, we would go to Ft Hood (on post) and race near the rail bulkhead one day. The NHRA would bring in one of the mobile Safety Safari trucks and setup a 1/4 mile track. The next day we would go to Temple-Academy. Seeing that track again brings back some great memories. Congrats on the success of your car. Really neat to see it work.
They said track won’t be around much longer it’s falling off the side of the hill … idk how true that is tho
Darn shame if they do close it. I mean, according to Mrs. Dale and Friend the track has a 12 out of 10 taco. Good track food is hard to find. - ;o)

On my old 85 Regal, I have a set of Bob Glidden Cragar pro slots I think that is what they were called. Heard they only made them a few years. Every time I put a pic anywhere online someone wants to buy them. I need those new Rc wheels and brakes anyway.
