How do you adjust the aim of the headlights? I had a 2022 defender HD10 XT and the lights pointed up in the trees. I just got a 2023 Defender Limited and the lights are the same way, pointed way up too high.
Happy Monday buddy. So I finally bought a 2023 Can Am Defender HD9 XT max grey in color, and it gets delivered this Wednesday. It says that to replace the lights to LED ones takes a H8 bulb. Do you think the bulbs that your installing in this video will work for mine? Thanks for everything.

I used them on my 23 Commander XT 700 but when I set the high beam, it shuts off the low beam only activating the single lamp? Did you do something to make all of them light up?
I have a 2023 limited max and put on a front light bar and when connecting to the terminals up front the light is always under power. The winch is not. Any idea? i thought that was only under power when the key was on.
@@copiercopier4600 glad to hear buddy. I would think something would be wrong with the head unit if you hooked it up just like mine. Ours holds presents along with many others we personal know using the boss unit. I’d one more time check your connectors maybe wd40 each terminal post.

Idk if you heard or not, but I’m suppose to get my new can am defender limited stone grey this month sometime like I was telling you. The problem is when I called yesterday, I was told that the whole BRP had Been hacked, so the dealership doesn’t know when I’ll get it, until BRP gets back up and running. That’ll post pone us from getting our ordered can am. :(

They make night day compared to stock bulbs. You will love them
Get small springs so that you can adjust the headlight beam downwards. The adjustment screw doesn’t hold the headlight well

You can angle them down with a screw on the back of the housing. But we mostly woods ride

Yeah, all defenders have the same housing and bulb. That’s exciting i’m a huge fan of the gray color probably my favorite.

The defender lets both come in at the same time. Not sure on a commander. I’d assume both would work on yours similarly

Which terminals are you referring to under the hood or directly on the winch?

Is there different numbers for the high and low beam, or just the same H11 works for the high and low beam? So, I need 4 H11s? Thank you
All the same h11 bulb 💡 you need 2 sets 4 total bulbs. No problem

Do you have to use the 40w or can you go to the 50-60w bulbs?
You can use any watt bulb but some will interfere with your radio. Also make sure they are fanless or mud will jam the fan
Does your LED bulb end up in diagonal position after it locks after turning it?
They end up being slightly diagonal as in not perfectly straight up and down. But light beam hits reflectors great.

Possibly lumen output. Just remember the more light output the more heat buildup. Just make sure you’re getting fanless.

Yeah it’s a 22.5 body style. None of them come with LEDs from factory

I’m really not sure. Probably just never corrected. They fit though I’ve seen them go in a 23
