ww2 happened in the previous musical.. and this musical is more about the past and the independent war and stuff the 3rd musical is about what happened after ww2..and germanys really weird in this one the 4th musical is some final thing..I havnt seen it..so idk if it has a plot but I know countries that barely talk to each other in the anime, hang out in this musical :3
