- I made a mini grill cake for Father's day. In this video I show you step by step tutorial how to make fondant decorations from onion, peppers, tomatoes to corn, sausage and burger patty. Surprise the King of the Grill with a perfect cake. Enjoy.
I used Swiss Buttercream to fill and frost the cake. All the decorations are made from a quick gumpaste : fondant kneaded with tylose powder.

Simple Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bring to boil, boil for 4 minutes, remove from the heat, cool, add 1tsp vanilla extract and few drops of caramel flavor(optional)
