I know that it's about Carp, they're what you want when carp fishing but for me if I catch a Bream it's nice to still catch and have a fish on the bank, and I do actually fish for them on certain venues with feeder fishing. I fished a lake on Friday that has a good number of big Bream in- the smallest I've had from there has been just over 7lb and biggest just under 10. There's definitely a lot more Bream in that lake than carp just like here in this lake, it's nice catching them when they're a good size. You gave it a good go which is nice to see, tried various spots on the bottom and with zigs, it's just one of those. Catching carp from these low stock venues is definitely more rewarding when you catch, nice video👍 looks a nice lake too.
This has been my Cindy for years. And only really get to go in the winter. Its a fantastic water to reel a bream in at 3am in the pissing rain and freezing cold
Great work well done. Winter bites don't come easy. keep up that motivation. I had 1 carp over the winter and 2 in the recent weather change @whatever_next 👊👊
Its a tricky water luke.. brilliant filming and some lovely shots of the lake ,the rewards are there some beautiful fish .. I'm the current chairman of the club and have baliffed the water for over 20 years could I ask you to please not mention the club during your vlogs ,we've had a massive influx of members due to covid over the last year and really don't need any publicity, unfortunately with more anglers comes litter and aggravation which we don't need . Good luck . Spring is generally a brilliant time down there and can give you some of the best chances of the year . I'm not sure 25 miles traveling is classed as local But I image what your doing is rated as work .Best of luck
@@andywright7679 john does a fantastic job. Sadly some people just have no care for the waters or other members. This goes for every water. Its a small lake and doesnt take a lot to ruin its beauty.
This winter was tough fishing anyway, too many people going fishing because of COVID and fish are scared. Got not one bite on deadbait during 10+ sessions.
Shame, but thats fishing at the end of the day. got a local lake thats rock hard throughout the winter and into spring, but it gets random days of people pulling out several fish on tactics that dont usually yield a single fish over a couple of sessions. Still havent figured out what causes it.
Try a different bait ,the tutti isnt the bait ppl remember it being and the s-core doesnt have its Amino addition that the bait was made for,the guy who makes the jigsaw has confirmed this
Yes. Last week I fished as normal (boiles PVA bag) and had no joy for 6hrs. Changed to maggots and had 4 carp in an hour ranging from 4 to 8lb. Not massive but saved the blank

Great to watch a video that's closer to the actual truth of fishing. Loved it

@@andywright7679 what are you on about?
John is the best Baliff I have ever met.
Luke the aero press travel is even more portable great for fishing
Was really enjoying that till I saw the folded reel handles 🙈😂
@Adz looks carpy AF though. If I'm blanking I want everyone to know how carpy I am
@Adz bein carpy ain't stupid.
@Adz it takes milliseconds to unfold a handle ! get a grip .. excuse the pun

What chair are you using it looks very comfortable.
@@carpologytv thank you.
@Forgotten Paths thank you.
Nash Moonchair but I have found it to be a little uncomfortable. I have the lower version and I feel it affects the lower back sometimes.
@@AdamTheFisherman thank you
Nice one :)
What is the coat you’ve got on here Luke? Is it wolf?
@@carpologytv nice one thanks 👍🏼
