We are here just now ! Home to scotland friday 😢. We were at the bar beside mardi gras today and they had bingo on. We got tattoos in canary tattoo. 😂. Had Sunday roast in shenanigans on Sunday. Passed the wakiki on the bus earlier. Always spotting your places haha xxx ❤

That's ace! I got my very first tattoo in the Yumbo! shenanigans Sunday roasts are 10 out of 10 arn't they! I love Skanesen for breakfast if it's a holiday without b'fast at hotel.

So strange to a Scotsman or British but it is the weather. Only where the sun shines could you do a shopping centre like that. If its your sort of thing you could get it all there.

Hi Kevin , thinking of trying out gran Canaria this year , never been , which would u recommend , Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas
meloneras best but pricey hotels and pretty quiet , can easily jump on bus or taxi to playa del ingles.
Not a patch on Tenerife.
Just a little information to take note! DON'T!! There are much better options!! I'm not against gay individuals but Playa del Ingles is predominantly a gay resort! And it can get quite overwhelming especially at night! I worked in the Yumbo centre as door security for 7 years and the 24 years I worked on the doors for I have never had to deal with so much trouble has I did there! Maspalomas on the other hand is a nudist resort and not for the faint hearted,full of swingers and weirdos! If you are into that sort of vibe then go for it ! Otherwise you would be better of with Lanzerote or Tenerife!! Fortuventura was once a good holiday but now it's full of drug dealers !! Hope I haven't upset anyone here but I'm just speaking the truth!!!
Utter rubbish, the yumbo is a fun place that is full of families, door security. ? I’ve never seen any place with security on , out there , they don’t need it and I’ve been going here for over 20 years ,

Actually PDI is not predominately a gay resort, we live here and we can tell you we see far more straight people around than gay people. OK so there is Winter pride and Gay pride which are one week each, and at that time there are a lot more gay people here, but those are also the times when PDI is most vibrant and the week long events with free live concerts are fantastic - and we are straight.
The most lively time is carnival, for 10 days in March, this is not a gay event and yet is much larger than pride (maybe 10 times larger, it attracted 350K+ visitors last year.
Maspalomas is not a separate place, it is the name of the area from San Agustin to Pasito Blanco, including PDI.
The nudist area is between Faro Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles beach, we are not naturists either but getting occasionally naked and running into the sea is a really fun thing to do, you should try it sometime, unless you are feint hearted.
Oh and what's the problem with swingers? That's just like having lot's of friends, going out together, eating meals, drinking, chatting, enjoying good company,laughing and occasionally ~~~ing and ###ing or even !$!ing with them.
PDI is a very friendly and family inclusive place, as is the whole area of Maspalomas. Even Pride is family friendly, we were down there recording most nights in November, also on the street Parade, and you will see families with kids enjoying the atmosphere too, as well as a lot of straight girls and guys.
