And arts servants loop their np much easier than quick servants do. So if arts servants have battery on their kit, then I see no reason for quick ones NOT to have as well.

Literally the one thing quick is lacking farmingwise is a failsafe to make up for its lack of consistiency compared to the ither card types, if regular skadi eitehr provided a 30% np gain up or a partywide low battery quick would be much more consistent and potentially work on irregular nodes. It doesnt help that the only buffs he got are quick ups outside of the atk up from oc, because of multiplicative stacking a 30% quick up and 30% atk up is better than a 60%quick up. This isnt as significant as the np gain, but as more damage means more overkill hits, np gain from overkill would certianly help.
Voyager did it well enough after his last buff with just a pair of OG Skadi's and Castoria. Though, he was rather short on damage, so this is an improvement.

I tried out a BG Zerkerlot comp in NA with Bride/Double Skadi. It's possible but you need to get max Mana Loading on Zerkerlot. In comparison from the video you wouldn't need the Mana Loading and NP regain is better with a Double S.Skadi/Skadi comp making BG looping more stable for Zerkerlot.
And you can run double Ruler Skadi too, right? It’s nice how they’re varying classes for supports. You can run, say, Oberon/Bride/X/X/Reines/Castoria/Koyanskaya/X/Ruler Skadi now for a “full support” support list. Less fishing around for the right meta support, which is a great QoL improvement.

If what I've seen so far is correct she has a 65% quick up, 15% attack up and a 50% charge so in terms of NP damage, they're roughly similar and in terms of NP gain, summer Skadi actually wins out since she gets 15% quick up instead of defense down. Seems like they're interchangeable depending on the situation.

No. She just improves the damage as SSkadi's steroids aren't debuff based and carries across all three waves, making Quick actually competitive with Buster in 3/3/x rn. An extra 30% in Quick buffs wouldn't cause a miracle.

Will regular Skadi ever go on rate up? I have Okita, Zerkalot, Atalanta Alter, Scathach, and Caren already. But I have to sideline them because I don't have Skadi to make them as useful as my arts and buster servants.

Hey! OP deleted the original comment in our last conversation, deleting the entire thread, so I couldn't answer you. Yes, you could use Oberon like that but only on certain servants. Some servants may need the additional 50%~65% card color buff that another Skadi will bring to help them refund. Anyway, to answer your question as to why Quick ST is superior to Arts ST; 1. Skadi provides the same damage throttling as Castoria in CQs because her debuff has an effect over multiple turns. 2. Arts cards, to put it quite frankly, are completely ass at damage because Castoria provides nothing to help it. Quick crits in a DSS support system outdamage Arts crits by such a distance that it is hilarious. Naturally Arts AE is superior because the emphasis there is on NP damage and Castoria/Tamamo are excellent there. Arts crits does have LAvalon now but she only provides a 1T crit steroid so ultimately they're still in the same situation. 3. Loop consistency is not as important in CQs because you do have access to cards and can easily cycle supports for batteries unlike farming. Damage>Loop consistency, specially now because Quick setups can now have three 50% chargers with >50% steroids in addition to Oberon. 4. Quick is weak at sustain, but nothing says you can't run Skadi/Castoria to alleviate those issues. I remember stalling a lot with Skadi/Kama/Castoria setup before I had the tools to TA. It's not going to be as good as the other cardtypes stall but, hey, it's functional. 5. Quick's support isn't bad. Imo, Koyan≈Skadi. The problem with Quick is the inherent modifiers that the card has, which can't be rectified unless they tweak the core mechanics.
Yeah but if you're gonna switch charcaters then you can force loop anyone with a 50% charge and a scope. This isn't a revival BTW this has been around since day 1 skadi
hmm still cant beat lvl 88 np2 no black grail ibuki, i think skadi is better for challange quest and servant like x alter or mid bossee have 500w which requires you to hit them again to gain sp. So something like summer BB is necessary to lock the card. or take advantage on the latest qab mechanics have summer skadi act as doule skadi, T1 comes out use all her buff and have catoria/Lady alon swap in to,buff the blue card. then have BB lock card. This way for castoria you have constant np gain for three round, if you have sufficent SP at the begining instead castoira you can use lady avalon np to give you 5 -7.2 every turn ends then at round two you can turn on berserk np gain.
Nagiko (Sei Shounagon) can already loop with the right setup in NA, but it may not work against Assassins/Berserkers. Hopefully summer Skadi will make her more consistent. I'm sure she'll still need starting gauge CE's though. The way I do it now, Nagiko needs either Kscope, or with max mana loading she could equip a 60% starting gauge CE. Start with the two Skadis on the frontline, they use their Quick buffs right away but save their batteries for later. As long as Nagiko refunds 30%, then you can swap one of the Skadi's out for Waver or Reines on turn 2 and the loop works
Mhe, i would have prefered summer skadi kit to be something more endurance oriented cause as thing are now you cant really use quick for challenge quests due to lack of survivability. And u can 3T Cq better with art so quick seems to remain mhe

Ruler Skadi is honestly such a weird servant... It's like they couldn't decide if they want her to be Quick support or buster support, and it's turned out halfed-ass in both departments.
She's a crit support. Yes she helps slightly with looping, but she's much better with crit DPS. Buff quick = more stars, buster crit = stupid damage. One buster crit does almost twice as much damage as a quick crit anyways, so it evens out the two cards for more consistent damage. And if that's not enough, Her s2 is 15 stars a turn and her s3 is a star bomb as well, meaning on turns you use the buster cards, she'll still give consistent crit. If you're "unlucky" where your stars land on arts cards, that's just a huge NP charge to use an NP next turn. The worse case scenario is getting 4-5 of her or you DPS's face cards in a single turn, but every run has a potential of bad RNG.
or quick in general are meant to support the other cards in the first place, that osakabehime np buff from years ago are probably 100% proof that they will be going with this idea instead in the future and they did deliver it years later (the mighty chain buff and summer skadi)
It's for mighty chain. QAB has the same values of damage as BQB or BAB for the last Buster card, meaning that her crits for Buster are way stronger than OG Skadi's buffs for Quick
S.Skadi is about crit + np. Quick to generate stars, get np refund and hit. Buster crits are used for dmg here, since it's the highest card for face card dmg. So the idea is to buster crit whilst having quick np dmg, meaning that she can both serve as Quick and Buster crit support now. The apparently bad kit is actually something very strong because she can support Quick for np dmg/loop + True critical dmg with Buster crits, and can also be a Buster crit support as well, being top 1 buffer for buster servants if they don't have very strong self steroids. Her skill set is the dream of all supports crit related, the lack of survival is one of the few downsides she has. (the lack of np gain buff can be compensated with np gain on the dps or big np battery)
Summer Skadi gives 65% Quick Performance Up using both her S1 and S2, so Summer Skadi is preferable as the support pick since OG Skadi only brings 50%. But in this case, it probably doesn't matter quite as much. Maybe.
Revival? I see it as more of an alternative option. After all, Assassin Wu plug did mostly the same just with less buff values. More Q steroids is nice, helps with dmg & refund. Hard charge also helps a lot. Hitting the refund requirements is less of an issue now.

@@danielak1666 Previously Q team comp was limited to C.Skadi x2 mainly. Plugsuit options consisted of Waver (50 NPcharge Atk Crit), Assassin Wu (Q Atk NP charge), maybe Oberon & others. NP refund was from 2004 & Babylonia Master Mystic Codes, or CE or your attacker having skills that boosted that. My main point is that S.Skadi effectively does what Assassin Wu did, but much better.

3. Loop consistency is not as important in CQs because you do have access to cards and can easily cycle supports for batteries unlike farming. Damage>Loop consistency, specially now because Quick setups can now have three 50% chargers with >50% steroids in addition to Oberon.
4. Quick is weak at sustain, but nothing says you can't run Skadi/Castoria to alleviate those issues. I remember stalling a lot with Skadi/Kama/Castoria setup before I had the tools to TA. It's not going to be as good as the other cardtypes stall but, hey, it's functional.
5. Quick's support isn't bad. Imo, Koyan≈Skadi. The problem with Quick is the inherent modifiers that the card has, which can't be rectified unless they tweak the core mechanics.
Now I'm curious how Xiang Yu fares with this now.
He definitely wont be able to loop as good as berserkerlot but for harder content that buster crit buff is going to turn him into a monster

hmm still cant beat lvl 88 np2 no black grail ibuki, i think skadi is better for challange quest and servant like x alter or mid bossee have 500w which requires you to hit them again to gain sp. So something like summer BB is necessary to lock the card.
or take advantage on the latest qab mechanics have summer skadi act as doule skadi, T1 comes out use all her buff and have catoria/Lady alon swap in to,buff the blue card. then have BB lock card. This way for castoria you have constant np gain for three round, if you have sufficent SP at the begining instead castoira you can use lady avalon np to give you 5 -7.2 every turn ends then at round two you can turn on berserk np gain.
Hmm, Ibuki does have event bonus damage here, if you're making a comparison in this event.

Nagiko (Sei Shounagon) can already loop with the right setup in NA, but it may not work against Assassins/Berserkers. Hopefully summer Skadi will make her more consistent. I'm sure she'll still need starting gauge CE's though. The way I do it now, Nagiko needs either Kscope, or with max mana loading she could equip a 60% starting gauge CE. Start with the two Skadis on the frontline, they use their Quick buffs right away but save their batteries for later. As long as Nagiko refunds 30%, then you can swap one of the Skadi's out for Waver or Reines on turn 2 and the loop works

Mhe, i would have prefered summer skadi kit to be something more endurance oriented cause as thing are now you cant really use quick for challenge quests due to lack of survivability.

Using that team with Dantes instead of Lancelot will not work. Assuming 3 enemies with a refund rate of 100% and health values of 30,000, a NP5 Dantes will only get 86% refund but because the Skadi's battery are a flat 50%, he will be locked on a subsequent wave.

If BG doesn't work, just use a CE with Quick Up and/or NP gain, it should work nicely
Ruler Skadi is honestly such a weird servant... It's like they couldn't decide if they want her to be Quick support or buster support, and it's turned out halfed-ass in both departments.
She's a crit support. Yes she helps slightly with looping, but she's much better with crit DPS. Buff quick = more stars, buster crit = stupid damage. One buster crit does almost twice as much damage as a quick crit anyways, so it evens out the two cards for more consistent damage.
And if that's not enough, Her s2 is 15 stars a turn and her s3 is a star bomb as well, meaning on turns you use the buster cards, she'll still give consistent crit. If you're "unlucky" where your stars land on arts cards, that's just a huge NP charge to use an NP next turn. The worse case scenario is getting 4-5 of her or you DPS's face cards in a single turn, but every run has a potential of bad RNG.
or quick in general are meant to support the other cards in the first place, that osakabehime np buff from years ago are probably 100% proof that they will be going with this idea instead in the future and they did deliver it years later (the mighty chain buff and summer skadi)

QAB has the same values of damage as BQB or BAB for the last Buster card, meaning that her crits for Buster are way stronger than OG Skadi's buffs for Quick
S.Skadi is about crit + np.
Quick to generate stars, get np refund and hit.
Buster crits are used for dmg here, since it's the highest card for face card dmg.
So the idea is to buster crit whilst having quick np dmg, meaning that she can both serve as Quick and Buster crit support now. The apparently bad kit is actually something very strong because she can support Quick for np dmg/loop + True critical dmg with Buster crits, and can also be a Buster crit support as well, being top 1 buffer for buster servants if they don't have very strong self steroids.
Her skill set is the dream of all supports crit related, the lack of survival is one of the few downsides she has. (the lack of np gain buff can be compensated with np gain on the dps or big np battery)

Summer Skadi gives 65% Quick Performance Up using both her S1 and S2, so Summer Skadi is preferable as the support pick since OG Skadi only brings 50%.
But in this case, it probably doesn't matter quite as much. Maybe.

Plugsuit options consisted of Waver (50 NPcharge Atk Crit), Assassin Wu (Q Atk NP charge), maybe Oberon & others.
NP refund was from 2004 & Babylonia Master Mystic Codes, or CE or your attacker having skills that boosted that.
My main point is that S.Skadi effectively does what Assassin Wu did, but much better.
