sabi po ng teacher ko: kapag negative ang exponent ibig sabihin reciprocal, so it express as ratio, kaya rational na

Your teacher has a point actually. 🙂 Kapag nagsimplify ka, pupunta yan sa form ng rational expression. PERO...
.... PERO kapag ang tanong ay kung yung nakanegative exponent ay rational. The answer is NO. Kasi po kapag sinabing rational expression dapat taas tsaka baba ay polynomial. And kapag may negative exponent, we can't consider it as polynomial. 🙂
Kumbaga, kapag naka negative exponent pa ang form not rational. Pero after mo isolve, at makuha yung form nya talaga, dun sya magiging rational. 😉

Sir pano kung isang variable lang example po“-x" ito po ba ay polynomial or not and pano rin po kung ang numerator ay 24 inside the radical sign without variables and yung denominator po ay x^2 ito po ba ay rational or not at pwede po malaman yung reasons kung bakit po ito ay rational or not at polynomial or not thanks po.
