राज्यसभा सांसद कपिल सिब्बल ने आज केंद्रीय बजट में बिहार और आंध्र प्रदेश को धन आवंटित करने पर केंद्र सरकार पर तंज कसा| उन्होंने कहा- दो नेताओं की बैसाखियां- एक बिहार और दूसरा आंध्र प्रदेश| अब उन्हें एहसास हो गया है कि इन बैसाखियों के बिना वे जीवित नहीं रह सकते| इसलिए उन्हें आंध्र और बिहार दोनों को लाभ पहुंचाने की जरूरत है| इसलिए यह लड़खड़ाती सरकार और लड़खड़ाता बजट है|
