I don't actually use any sound packs, I just modify the event sounds via DBM addon; the cat meow is on encounter engage etc. All the other sounds are the standard ones, either from game or from DBM addon.

Thanks mate! - Worgen is pretty nice for the crit bonus... It's going to be even better in War within considering the tier set... So, I'd say worgen
