- We spend several days camping with my sister Cindy and her husband John in Palisade State Park in central Utah smack in the middle of turkey country. To celebrate turkey, Cindy planned menus and we enjoyed 6 turkey meals in 3 days. They were delicious! No, but I have see several rattlesnakes, 2 bald eagles up close, and a porcupine on some of my field adventures!

Got a question ok I love your channels and I like to know and I hope you talk about it we r moving into Colorado mountains and it about 7200 hundred ft how do I adjust everything I cook and Brad making
Consult the approved canning sources like the USDA for making adjustments for both water bath and pressure canning. For baking, you can do a search on the internet for ideas. When we moved up to 5000 feet where we are now I just did baking as normal and made small adjustments as they came to light.

There were several puddles along the way and he behaved himself pretty well with the speed! Getting muddy was really unavoidable, but he loved it! LOL
