पालक 2ज्वारीचे दाणेइतका खाण्याचा सोडा घालून ब्लांच करावा व वाटावा.तसेच टोमॅटो व कांदा माफक घालावा.वाटलेला पालक घातल्यावर मुळिच झाकण ठेवू नये.शिवाय मंद गॅस.केल्यावर लगेच वाढावयाची.तर तिचा रं सुंदर मोहक राहील
