Oh my gosh it is! For me the worst was the beginning when I was unlearning to snack between my meals, I was so used to snacking on m&s or crisps multiple times a day 😩 it was soooo hard to give up, but now I can see that the less you eat the less you crave 🤎
@@AdrianaYRstudio I had the same issue. Snackies are also designed to be hyper palatable so you crave them soooo much. A bag of crisps is usually made of several potatoes. Downing a bag of those can be easy, but eating 4-5 whole potatoes is super hard to do. You’re so right, it’s crazy how much you don’t care for those foods once you take a step away from them. My favorite outcome thus far is how better my whole being feels. Head, heart, and body are all in a better place than before.

I think it’s difficult all year round, just Christmas time shops are absolutely packed with processed food, I could not find peppers in my local supermarket but any form of chocolate or frozen meals - no problem

Great video! I've been on a weight loss program last year, and since then I've put on 2.5 kg, but trust me I'm having a HARD TIME not to put more :) and how long did it take you to lose 10 kg?..
Thank you! It took me a while, as I did it in two steps. I spend close to a year unlearning to snack between my meals. I would eat m&ms or crisps while editing videos or reading without any control. Giving this up and just sticking to my meals was the hardest part, but now I see the less you eat the less you crave. I literally have zero cravings for months and I can safely snack on small amount of chocolate or cake. Just by cutting out snacks I went down from 85KG to 80kg The next step was controlling portions of my meals. I eat everything as normal, just less and try to squeeze extra proteins and veggies. I see it as a permanent change, not temporary diet 🤎 I’m not gonna lie, I have it easier as Andrei is really good at nutrition and he cooks most of the meals at home, making sure my portions are the right size. He also made me to sign up to the gym and got me into running ☺️
@@AdrianaYRstudio such a journey! I've lost my first 5 kg too by just stopping to eat after 6 pm. As soon as I get into that bad habit? I know they'll be back in no time! I must tell I couldn't do it without support either. I subsribed to a health group with mentors and doctors (my hubby found me that, but only after I whined for months to him), and by following their program I could finally get rid of the extra kgs! But now it's been a year after that 4 months program, and I feel I'm on the "putting on" road again. You sharing your journey is so inspiring and reminds me that I shouldn't give in into unhealthy habits, too! Thank you!! ^_^ and good luck to you in your journey! Waiting for your new vids ^_^
