Yes point those flaws out! They're constant and it's just really disheartening to keep opening dolls and finding stuff wrong. My Jett was perfect, but my NYE Queen has a hole in her sleeve, so I'm just pretending it's not there. We can't make claims here in Australia, so it's return or deal with it. When you buy the last one in stock, you have to just deal with it.

You're complaints are well justified. Our first Rainbow High doll got very little play and no wardrobe changes and within a week lost half her hair (skylar) and I promptly notified the company with copies of my receipt and they basically said "Too damn bad"! So please do warn us. If not for your hair washing techniques we certainly wouldn't buy any more of these dolls forr our daughter and because of you we did. She loves how their hair turns out so Thanks a whole bunch!

Honestly I think it's best you point out flaws. (as an example) I was watching a review of the omg house (by nexjen if you're curious) because I love it's aesthetic and the amount of QC issues on it were ridiculous, to the point in which it made me question if I even wanted to buy it.
Shutting up about quality control issues and just hiding the disappointment helps no one. Due to the public knowledge of MGA quality control defects I've been keeping the receipts of all the dolls I buy just in case, something I wouldn't have done before, which ironically came in handy for having to return a Sleepover cave club doll due to massively wonky printing. maybe it's the business student in me but consumers only benefit from public knowledge about the products they purchase!

Some people in the Lolita J-Fashion community swear by using Silicone spray (like from the car shop) on the ends of artificial wigs to prevent tangling. I've never tried it but since Rainbow High hair is probably pretty similar to the plastic used for fashion wigs, it seems like it could help

Hey Jay- no matter if a doll is used or new I always have to unassemble, wash it and re-dress. Its just something that I HAVE to do, great videos as always.
I mean I don’t blame you for having your rant last vid because I bought a winter break Jade and her elbow wasn’t attached it was a nightmare, thankfully it got fixed and my new Jade is perfect. It was nerve racking because she was the last 1 of her on the shelf when I went so I had a bit of a panic attack when I got home

For the staining of the ears, try to use nail polish remover, or acetone idk it works for me 🤷♀️

How do you do the pig tail on the pink girl? No matter what I do there always like gap to her head.
I like to hold the strand super tight making sure there’s no gaps, then band it half way down the strand. By doing that I can adjust it accordingly. I wish I filmed it in this vid, but I had no tripod haha

@@ZombieXCorn Sis your technique is really good but you just gotta curl her front pieces from the middle and going down, I don’t think you should focus the curl so much in the top half, maybe try the method you did with her two pony tails and have a softer curl. Sometimes I notice your curls are too perfect and crunchy, try running your fingers through them to make it look fuller and more realistic.
