Aleks, I’m guessing this could never be done in a pizza oven, but using the pan, in the pizza oven? It looks like it must be cooked for a long time in a traditional oven, correct? Thanks again, Aleks! 👏👏
If you can control the temp, you should be ok! But if it’s a super hot oven it might not work. It’ll get a bit burny. But it’ll work well in a domestic oven failing that.
