I love neutrals. No longer do I fear white jeans or cream/ivory linen trousers. I love them all! And I wear navy rather than black now. And olive on my bottom half is a favourite too. I always feel put together in neutrals even if it’s a casual outfit. I’m still not convinced that wide leg trousers suit me though. I’m 5’6” but always feel short and wide in them. But, I’ll give your styling tips a try. Thanks Deidre. 😀

Good reminder on not pairing warm and cool neutrals. The cream sweater with the navy and black alternating stripes is kind of genius (there should be more of that!). And I have to agree completely about the green (I use a darker olive with a darker gray pant and I love it). Again, some great tips - thank you!

The dark khaki with white looks great. I have a khaki shirt in the same colour which I never wear. I think it’s because every time I put it on, my husband asks me if I’m going on “manoeuvres”! Going to wear it today!

My favourite colours are the green shade of khaki and most greens.
I've had a few other favourites at different ages but these have remained through every decade.

Love the length of this striped skirt! It’s not to your shoes! I am 5’2” tall and bought a long skirt but I need heels on to wear it. I broke my right ankle and leg in 2021 and can no longer wear high heels. I am deciding whether to try to shorten this skirt or return it.
You look stunning and very pulled together with the vertical striped skirt and horizontal striped top. Very youthful. I am age 75 and love my maturity, accomplishments, vigor I have at this Senior age. Dressing well is important to me all my life. Your information is greatly appreciated! And I have written myself a note to wear a belt with a boxy open below-hip jacket. That is one thing I’m searching for now: belts. Thank you for showing examples of how to dress in 2024!
Love all the outfits. As a redhead I do wear green quite a lot - sage, emerald, olive and sometimes khaki greens and I love mixing any one of these with either white, cream, grey or black colours. I do avoid bright greens though.

Summer in Hollywood is very hot until the sun goes down. Most of CA cools down after sunset, unlike the South or Eastern U.S. in summer time.

Yes Yes for the 2 piece (skirt & sweater) striped outfit . It’s perfect on you. I am a huge fan of natural colors. Must tell you, I love how each of your videos are short and direct ( get to the point) and still ofer many ideas and style tips! This is an aside comment: I only wish women would dress like you in our every day life. All I see here are women of every age wearing leggings and bra like tops😢. Big city (Chicago) high end neighborhoods. Is this true in U.K.??
