Those stairs are gorgeous. The wine room in the dinning room was a real pleasant surprise. I love all the rock used throughout this home. The scullery is doable and ready for it's upgrade of appliances. Love the kitchen, well done with the mixed use of shiny white with the very nice marble. Doesn't look cheap at all. My disappointments are Master upstairs and no place to add an elevator a must for upstairs masters. Only 2 car garage. Property is so small. The house itself is beautiful and will sell fast.
Beautifully over-priced mini mansion. I'm noticing the home across the street. They've built what we called "mini mansions" in the neighborhood which will raise the property value of everyone else in the neighborhood.
This location is primo in the city and the other smaller homes will be on the chopping block next. The land value alone for this location is more than the smaller existing homes. I toured this home and it was just gorgeous.

This home is worth every penny. It is beautiful, elegant and if I was a 2.4 million dollar Bia, this would be my choice.
