So xicor is from an alternate version of dragon ball af where some events played out differently, before said af world's story happened and he somehow ended up in the absalon world, very interesting.
So, judge by the last moments of this clip, Xicor is a mix between a kai, kid buu and Goku! He really got proper atributes for a great warrior, but in the other corner stands another fusion of Goku but not with a kai and kid buu, but with Vegeta! Vegito vs Xicor should be a battle of epic proportions! Imagine a fusion between the two of them!

I remember seeing af when I was younger with Xicor as the main antagonist really made it a good arc even tho it was fan made. I wish Toyotaro still continued on it as they left off before bringing back Goku. He left a small sneak peek where they managed to bring Goku back from the world of the dragons and that was it
