Chris Hannah at French 75 making the Brandy Crusta

Chris Hannah makes a true New Orleans classic cocktail, the Brandy Crusta, at the French 75 Bar at Arnaud's Restaurant. The Brandy Crusta is a precursor to both the Sidecar and the Margarita, and is made with lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, Orange Curacao, Angostura Bitters, and Courvoisier Cognac, and garnished with the peel of an entire lemon.
