This is a great intro to Tabular Editor, thank you for it!! One question, in the Pivot table (min 8:30ish) the numbers are separated by twos, not by 3s, was this a blip in model or a different format?
In one of your other video's you had a good explanation why DAX is so hard. To be honnest I think that this tool (Tabular Editor 3) does not help a lot. If you compare this to the options of F9 in Excel or the views in VBA step by step, then there is a lot to be done. For example I would like to see the order in which a long DAX formula was executed or maybe give an example of a filtered table .... But let us be positive, maybe there will be a Tabular Editor 4 or 5...😉
DAX Studio does show some elements of data / tables that get delivered by the query to the measure. I also did a video on ConcatenateX on exploring DAX - ua-cam.com/video/4YpJ5z-SVlo/v-deo.html
Its a good or rather excellent product. The only issue is that of pricing. Microsoft need to just invest some PBI development money in the PBI editor so we don't have to go elsewhere.

Hi Chandeep. TE3 Looks like an awesome tool! Thanks for demonstrating it :)) Thumbs up!!
TB3 is amazing!!! And I had no idea you could write M code within TB3 as well. Working on PQ within Power BI is soooooo time consuming.
Hi Chandeep...Looking forward for some videos on calculation groups. Thanks!
is there a way to replace table and column names in DAX at once(when there are many DAX)
Can you describe the Translation feature of TE3 please ? This seems very interesting, but undocumented.
