I think people really overlooked him in UFC other than hardcore fight fans simply because of his weight class. A good fighter is a good fighter.

A lightweight fighter will deal minimal damage to a heavyweight fighter because the bigger guy has fought against dudes who hit harder, they are used to it. Bradley has NEVER fought anyone his size, and isn't used to getting hit hard. Despite their weight difference, Bradley will FEEL DJ's hits, especially the kicks.
@floron7777that’s bs, a 125 lbs man can accelerate their body much faster than a 260 lbs man, and still there are very few people who can eat a hard shot from a 125 lbs pro mma fighter and still stay standing, regardless of how much muscle they have. @@Joe-og6br man idk. I do have training and on day one they put me against the little guys with tons of experience (no black belts. I rolled with guys who had 6 months up to 5 years experience). This was on day 1 and I tapped everybody, UNTIL they put me against a dude who was 175. I was 220. The 175er outlasted me, then when I was gassed tapped me 5 times in two minutes.
I honestly don’t think people realize how massive an advantage weight gives you because we don’t usually fight people out of our weight class. Here I was on day 1 and I repeatedly tapped a guy with 5 years experience because I outweighed him by 70lbs.
Y’all are talking about “He’ll just spin around you and choke you.” He absolutely will not. With 1 hand I could hold onto that guy to the point he could never break loose. And yes, they try to wait until you gas out, but I’m not going to gas out against a guy who weighs 150… i at one point literally held his entire body in place with one hand against the ground, then forced my arm through both his arms and onto his throat.
Do I think I could beat a 150lb pro fighter? No I don’t. But do I think I could beat a 120lb fighter? Yeah I do. Bradley would outweigh him by so much, the moment they make physical contact all Bradley has to do is hold onto him, and MM wouldn’t be able to even move a muscle. How tf are you going to spin around someone who’s grip will be like a vise around you?

I’m 6’2 230 and one night DJ was streaming on UA-cam playing videogames and there wasn’t a lot of people in his chat so I asked how long it would take him to make me tap or knock me out and he actually responded and said it would probably take him only a couple of minutes lol

There’s power lifters and strong men then there’s body builders whose only aim is aesthetics, they literally have detrimental muscularity, they have NO endurance without even bringing technical fighting ability into the equation.
