I find this system of auditioning and then getting put into a pre-existing band by the label very weird anyways. bands should be formed organically by people who wanna make music together, not an enterprise throwing a couple of musicians into a room and telling them "you like metalcore right? here, god play together!". it feels a bit too corporate to me..

I don't even know anymore. Think I've got.. 3 bands off the top of my head, super underground getting completely slept on right now. All have their own unique vocalists and sounds. Can't figure it out. Went through rise, sumerian and beheadingthetraitor(SERIOUSLY dont know what happened to this last label lmao) playlists of current artists and they... Don't really have shit. Almost feels like shit is intentionally being pushed into the dark and leaving metalcore on the slowburn to irrelevance.

For some reason everything Andy mixes the vocals are always wayyy too loud. It just doesn't all bind together. Like don't get me wrong, his vocals are bad ass and so are all the songs he does, but he could tone it down justttt a little bit.

That scream after the first chorus nearly put me in a hospital!!!! I felt like I was gonna blow my neck out in disgust but I was so happy at the same time 😂😂. It was so heavy that I had to rewind to the part and listen to it like 20x 😂😂
