This is likely a much cheaper option because it "adapts" the rider to any saddle rather than just one saddle that fits one horse and this one specific rider and riding style.
Posting, if that's what you meant. In English style riding, posting is rising from the seat in rhythm with the horse. It prevents the rider from being bounced about. Posting requires a rider to rise up and sit back down in the saddle to the timing of their horse's gait. Most commonly done at the trot, posting helps riders avoid excessive bouncing and tends to be more comfortable for the rider and the horse. The logic of the inside diagonal says that we need to post in rhythm to the outside hind leg in order to free the inside hind leg, allowing it to push off better, with less weight, and come further under the horse's body. ❤️ I hope this helped

It would be an interesting video for sure but a quick look through the profile tells me, they aren't actually the OP. I'm guessing they are essentially re-uploading videos from tiktok. Which is especially scummy, considering they aren't just stealing the videos but don't even link to the original creators in the description.
The main reason it's safer is because the horse actually stands still when you mount instead of ignoring you and walking off
