Started playing the One Piece TCG 2 months ago. I went from never winning a single match at my locals to going 3-1 tonight with my first week running RY Sabo thanks to this channel. Bless, king. 🙏🙏🙏
I've been devouring your content for the past 3-4 days, had my first IRL game yesterday with an unmodified, straight out of the box ST14, Sabo is my fav character and I'm eager to start seriously with a RYSabo and I cannot thank you enough for all these info!
I just added charlotte smoothie to my o8.5 list. Most of the time it is a 5k trigger body with 1k counter but when I need it, her effect adds a ton of flexibility to the list. Swing 7 with kid/killer, leader add to life to buff smoothie, swing smoothie use effect buff to 9 grabbing kid/killer, play kid/killer swing 7. That is just the start of it. I can recycle Nami or 7beard for removal as well.
Just got back from locals, 4-0 with the build. Round 1 Bonnie I won with smoothie letting me play kid/killer twice, round 2 blue dofi I won by abusing gedatsu, round 3 b/y luffy I won by pressuring him hard enough that when he reached late game he was at 0 life 0 hand and I got a Bonnie trigger into unblockable luffy to stop his sabos, round 4 reiju I made him go first and got first life cracker before going 7 double and swinging 5 zoro 5 lead to pressure him too fast for him to build any aggro. Smoothie came in clutch in several games. I also learned that 6lin is really effective against b/y luffy.
As always i love the content! I made a hybrid RY Sabo list between trigger happy and goa kingdom for my first deck! Went 2-1 at locals, even beating a scary doffy deck!
Maybe a topic of the day, maybe a topic of the day that goes with a R/Y Sabo video. What are your goals with R/Y Sabo, what are you looking to accomplish before maybe moving to your next leader?
Sadly we won't see that Sabo promo till April since it's locked behind the premium Bandai release. Only hope is they drop one as a tournament promo before then
I will add beckman to my Control ry sabo, I don't like the Revo and Goa style, I tested it several times and always performed worse at locals. Maybe the revo list in 09 is worth a try
Also 3:23 His name is Gol D. Roger, but the world goverment started to put Gold Roger on his wanted posters to hide the “D” in his name. There’s something called “The will of D” that we dont know a lot about yet but you’ll notice some characters have the D in their name

That would be amazing against nami as well. imagine chaining robin and 8c kid with smoothie on board
