I'm someone who's fond of stories that are depressing, for they seem to express the human condition at its most honest. Nier is certainly one of the best of these stories, and this tune captures the essence of the feeling of everything being gone... and what remains being lies. What comfort can one find in that world knowing the truth? Only in passing moments of repose do we feel at ease... though they will never truly last.
Best song on the game....I'd chill by the lighthouse just to hear.....such a sad game, like life...much loss...glimpses of happiness and victories. Guess I know what I'll be playing for awhile!

Pete Gonzalez i know it’s been 5 years, but the rpsc3 (ps3 emulator) has this game as completely playable.
