They committed to deliver this project by Dec 2023. Now they are denying. Not giving the clear commitment on possession. initially we have asked multiple time they have committed will be handed over by Dec 23 but now they changing the tone as well and now it’s may 2024 still they r giving false commitment to the customer.I request don’t trust on Majestique builder. before buying take the written confirmation as they are not firm with the commitment

RERA me ye toh kahi ni likha 95% paisa lene ke 2-3 year baad customer ko ghar handover karo. Kyu customer ko possession ki clarity ni hai. Kyu customer se one year phle 95% paisa liya Gaya . Iska jawab aap de sakte hai. Project is good but there team is not good also they are not supportive no clearly on your money and you just need to give ur all money to them when ur asking for possession date they will give u date of next 25 days.
