Building quality, area and the premises are very good, when compare to private builders. Main problem is There is no proper maintenance, lifts are not working, if people buy flats in higher floors then you will suffer a lot. BDA just gives promises and does not really fulfill. This flats are out side of the city in very good greenery, but there is no security guards in any phases, there is no safety measures wires and electrical equipments are layed here and there, no house keeping maintenance at premises... Lot of maintenance problems people staying here complaints many times to BDA and just promise to resolve, but nothing happens on reality. As mentioned in video there is no Solar panels. BDA has constructed very good flats, if they provide maintenance that is very much basic needs for the flat buyers. Hope everything falls in place near future.

The apartments requires proper maintenance which is lacking now. Hope BDA consider it seriously
