Another one is when mothers call their daughter’s “husband snatcher”or “husband’s side chick” 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ and they post videos/pictures about it. I hate it so much, It’s that serious. Just say my daughter(s) prefers their Dad to me.

I’ve seen some women saying “As a woman, you’re supposed to be a mother to your husband!” That pisses me off! I mean, first of all, he’s probably older than me and should know better. Get your acts together oga and don’t stress me. I’ll do all I should and chip in here and there but not carry it as my responsibility to baby an adult that is supposed to be in charge of the home.

      I’m on this with you.
I’m not my husband’s mother and he’s not my father. We are married couple that are sharing our lives together in love. Thank God my husband is well coordinated and knows what to do at every point in time. I’m really proud of the kind of family he’s from because of the way he was raised.

I don’t bail out men as well.
But I have a neighbour who is always feeling sorry for men/boys.
So it happens that her son and my sons go to the same primary school this year and my husband would pick and drop them up from school.
Can you imagine what this lady did? She is feeling sorry that my husband is doing his duty of picking up and dropping the kids.
So one afternoon, she goes to school and my husband is there as well to pick up the kids(I have three boys and she has 1) and that is how she tells my husband that she would be picking them up in the afternoon.
That’s how this lady made my husband to stop picking the kids up at closing time.
I just told her that’s you people’s business.
Keep bailing men out from their responsibilities, it can never be me.

For your last point, it means you are very secure in your marriage. If as a married woman you have to snoop on your husband it means the communication between you two has hitches.
I believe in marriage there must be trust between us and that’s why I should let you know my whereabouts and trust that you are where you said you are.
Truly, I don’t understand these insecurities in marriage.
      It’s draining.

When the right time came, I gave them a phone (I always explain why I take certain decisions) Same for make up, I did not allow it until they clocked 18… same for food options (I cannot come and kill myself)
I also don’t teach Santa, Halloween, tooth fairy….. to my kids.

And get my kids to keeep the home tidy. For women who have husbands with no organizational habit, Try this, pack yours and leave his. He will catch up with time.
