This is amazing! And thanks for the ability to "steal" design components... What a time saver! Not to mention a real headache saver for those of us who need site presentation help! You guys are the best. 👍
I can't find where to save the entire page as a Template through the 2020 version, does anyone know where to go? Nevermind, found it on the fir right sidebar. Thanks for the video!
Seems great, although would be great if you could make a "save template" option available for other elements too, for example columns. I use columns without putting them into content box, yet I still need to save them for further use. Thanks
You can save columns as templates and Symbols. If you mean the individual column item, you can't save that, but you can put a content box inside it and save that for the same result.
I haven't made it all the way to the end of the video. But is it possible to just copy an entire page and make it a template or even just copy the entire page to use as a baseline for another? Thanks!
You should have a big "edit in Thrive Architect" button on your posts. If you're running the latest version of the plugins and you still don't see the button, please contact our support team so they can investigate.
This feature was requested by me 3 years ago. And yeah, I've been a customer for that long. And even with this, there are still whole loads of features they lost to another great Visual Editor. I don't mention their name here. But, I believe Thrive knows it. Thrive Themes seems to have lost focus in making the best visual editor because they are so busy at making many subpar plugins as well rather than full focus on making the best visual editor, a plugin I've been supporting to date. I'm considering to move out.
Hi Chye, Content templates have been around long before Thrive Architect... We simply wanted to show the updated and improved flow. Also our latest plugin (at the beginning of the year) was Thrive Optimize which allows for A/B testing on landing pages in Thrive Architect. I don't think you can say this is a subpar plugin by any means or that it is losing our focus! I would like to hear what you think others are doing that much better and makes you feel you would be better off with another solution.
This feature is no longer available when I installed the New Shapeshifter theme. I am trying to save a certain content box I modified that I will use again (A bonus box for affiliate bridge pages) and there is no save icon, I tried highlighting the content box and choosing save template from the gear icon on the right hand side where you can access advanced settings and import landing pages. But when I save it, it save the entire content of the page, not just what is selected. Sure it's better than re-creating it, but I used to be able to save anything, small or large (single tiny element or whole page)... now I can't.
Hi Kevin, this is still available... There might be a conflict with some other plugin on your site, please contact our support team so they can have a look and help you out!
Thank you very much! I've been using Thrive Themes for a few years, but I haven't found out one thing yet... Where can I find the saved landingpages afterwards? So far I only found them at "Add new" - "Templates & Symbols". But where can I manage them to delete or rename them? I am looking forward to your answer! Karen
How can I save a landing page as a template? Because I want my theme's orginial header and footer to be used. I dont want to create a new header and footer using thrive as they are not 100% identical to the original header and footer.
How can I use those templates in different installations? I create websites for customers, but if i install thrive themes on the customer domain, i can’t use my templates. Is it possible to transfer the templates to my customers site? Something like easy import/export?
Hello Shane, I’m one of your customers, Thank you for all your efforts, I had some issues with templates/symbols I want to save new symbol, but when I check, I find a different design of my content box saved. Other thing is when I used Revision Manager to recover an old version of my blog post, I could find the correct version, but when I save again, It’s not changed really even if it shows that was saved sucesfully :( Can you help me, please ?
You can go to your wp-admin dashboard, where you'll find Thrive Dashboard. From there, go to Templates & Symbols to manage all your saved templates and symbols.

Thrive Architect is so in need of a UX designer. The interface is no intuitive at all. It seems like to achieve the easiest of the tasks you need to read a manual. You guys think you have an easy to use product. In my honest opinion, you don't.
Sort of amazed you find Thrive Architect to not be intuitive. I also build sites on Divi and Elementor and I can honestly say Thrive Architect is much more intuitive and easy to use than those two. Every time I find myself building a site on Elementor or DIVI (because a client has asked for one of them) I wish the site was being built with Thrive Architect. In most cases, not all but most, Thrive Architect is simply superior to the other well known page builders.
Amazing, this + Symbols = Mind Blown
Very cool. I stumbled upon these features recently before watching this. They work great right out of the box and were very intuitive.
Happy to hear, will tell our UI designer.

Thank you! Glad you like all the things that can be done with the templates feature.
Super!!! I was waiting for this feature!!!
Great features, and now I know what the Inherit font does!
8:45, that's super cool! Elementor needs to learn.
Very useful tutorial

Thanks for the video!
06:42 is there an export option available...we developed some webdesigns which we want to export from one webseite and to import to another website?
Two videos on the same day! Whoop!
I would love to see a premade series of templates that fit together as a single page so that we have inspiration on how to use the feature best.
Thank you for the suggestion!
What a great presenter
Thank you, Bill!

@@Thrivethemes How can we save columns as templates and import it?
How can I delete a save template on Thrive Architect?
Thrive Dashboard -> Global Elements -> Manage Global Elements -> Delete Template

You need pre-built homepage demos like themes on themeforest.
If wanna edit a new post , i can't edit in thrive architect. I can only switch to template edit ? Or i do something wrong?
You should have a big "edit in Thrive Architect" button on your posts. If you're running the latest version of the plugins and you still don't see the button, please contact our support team so they can investigate.
Where can I find these templates that you showed here ? When I open my template and symbols its empty.
How do we leave the wordpress site of Thrive? Just x the tab?
Great features!!
Thank you, Marco!
Can you save and use from one domain to another?

What if I have a different website? How do I go about exporting my a Page that I have already created and using it on another domain?
How to set up blog post template?

Sorry, we don't have import/export for templates and Symbols yet.
The same here... I've got different categories - buttons, footer, call to action, etc,... but no way to export it.
Thrive Themes would be a great feature. Now I have to find a workaround.
Yes... would be amazing feature to be able to export and import templates and symbols...
Yeah, another page builder lets you import/export templates as json files
I wish there was a way to save lightboxes that I've created. Is There?
If i create i new site, i can`t find my saved templates?
UPDATE: now there's an icon next to the trash button to save any element as a template
Where is the review conclusion box in Thrive Architect which you have used in this video?
Please reply...
It's in the landing page set called "review".
Thrive Themes thanks
Hi, how to delete the template & symbol? I created them but now I don't use so I want to delete them :))
Genius !
