Mrs. Puff breaking up with Mr. Krabs was really just the final straw that drove him to want to end his own life. Prior to this, Squidward had taken his own life which came as a shock to Mr. Krabs. Everyone was affected by Squidward's Suicide and the dreary Red Mist it left over everyone's life. Spongebob quit his job and reclused himself to his home. Mr. Krabs was forced to hire new employees who were terrible at their job and Plankton finally stole the formula, making him able to make the delicious Krabby Patties as good as him and sell them as a fraction of the price, making him lose huge business. But the biggest shock came when his precious daughter Pearl was killed by whalers.
Alone with only his thoughts now, Mr. Krabs soon began to relapse into PTSD induced flashbacks. His mental state deteriorated to an unreal level. One day, one of his new employees asked if he was okay and Mr. Krabs just madly laughed and asked if he wanted to sing a song together.

Currently experiencing a PTSD episode, eugene firmly grasps the shotgun he used in the war, having flashbacks and memories flood Eugene's mind, causing him to remember what happened to spongebob and patrick, seemingly disappeared, eugene still hears muffled screams from the pair somewhere, but he could never find them, shortly after squidwards suicide, ms. Puff had left him and pearl had passed from a barnical infection, eugene couldn't stop thinking it was all his fault, without spongebob and squidward to ward off plankton, he shortly stole the formula, but plankton was later found dead in the middle of the road, seemingly run over by a bus, the face of planktons corpse looked distorted by something making plankton look oddly depressed, sandy had travelled back to Texas for good and the population of bikini bottom was dwindling from the mysterious red mist surrounding the city, with only eugene left, he couldn't take it anymore, he pulled the trigger, and ended his life

I think I know why planktons face look distorted well remember that one episode where plankton found out the formula was him I think this is where that episode took place. and im saying that in a alternate universe mr krabs died when plankton got served took place.

The shot that had ended Squidward's life was the last straw for a man on the edge. After a gruelling military career and years of having to play defense against Plankton, it was this event, this loss, that finally sent Eugene over the edge. All of a sudden, it was happening again. The war wasn't over. Everyone was the enemy. They had taken yet another of Krabs' closest confidants, and they were going to pay. As the red mist descended on what had been the only place he felt safe, the smell of smoke permeated his nostrils and the life he had built for himself seemed to mean nothing for all the bodies it was built upon. When a blue fish emerged from the red mist into a place that had been warped by his violent memories, Mr. Krabs no longer saw a customer, nor a sap, but an enemy soldier...and as he had before, he asked no questions until it was too late. The question? "Why am I still fighting?"

Dead, everyone krabs knew was dead. This strange red mist had caused everyone to experience their deepest sorrow and trauma resulting in them becoming suicidal. It was just only a week ago that Mr Squidward had been reported to be dead by suicide, SpongeBob followed suit believing it was his fault for squidwards death, Patrick was nowhere to be seen. Everyone was losing their minds but krabs had tried desperately to fight off his own personal demons and dark thoughts but his trauma was by far the worst. He was only a cook in the navy but forced to join the fight in the war, he watched as his friends were gunned down, stabbed, bombed, gassed, etc. He watched as his best friend was captured, he was forced to see his friend be executed by electric chair , he heard the laughter of cruel fishes, he saw his friend be fried to a charred crisp, at that very moment his mind snapped. There was a reason why he was named iron krabs in the first place, he managed to pull his chains off and went in a red rage, the only words he could say were “STOP IT, STOP IT!!!!!!!” As he killed them all with just his bare claws. And now this red mist and strange fish with a red cap were just reminding him of his best friend and trauma. Pulling out his old shotgun from the war he was preparing to end it all.

Making lore…
During the war, Mr.Crabs seen too much and put a lot of trouble onto him. After a few years, when the war was over, mr.crabs decided to go on a date with mrs puff. But when he called, mrs puff told him that she has already broke up with him and is now dating larry. Mr. Crabs couldnt believe it. He decided to tell his mother and hopefully get help. But she told him she didn’t want to see him because of his sailer mouth. Mr.crabs was devastated. He decided to go to the one boy who could make him smile: SpongeBob. But when he got yo his house SpongeBob left a note for him saying: “Mr.crabs, if you are reading this, than I am not working for you anymore. You pay me very little and I barely have enough to feed Gary the cheapest snail food. Have a great day, SpongeBob.” Mr.crabs felt tears come down his eyes. He went to the crusty crab and check on the formula but he caught plankton stealing it. Plankton got away, and that was the final straw. He grabbed his shotgun (which is Not squidwards, it was from the war), and when he did, he could hear the bikini bottom booing at him. Mr crabs screamed at the top of his lungs: “STOP! STOP IT!!” And they kept booing. Finally mr crabs Lifted the shotgun to his head and pulled the trigger. And the story ends there.

Mr Krabs has a lot of PTSD's like the time he and his crew were eaten alive and then pooped out by the Abominable snow mollusk
After Pearl (mr krabs's daughter) died in an unfortunate accident, nothing's been the same anymore, money no longer could satisfy mr. Krabs, as his greed wont make him feel better. Plankton was ran over by a bus so there was nothing exciting anymore. And recently squidward has ended his life after a failed concert, and Spongebob couldnt work at the krusty krab because of squidward's death, feeling down. The business went down afterwards since then, mr. Krabs had lost everything. His daughter, his friends and the business. Mr. Krabs has been recently having ptsd episodes, he buried those memories by replacing it with greed, but the trauma never went away and mr krabs has to face them again. He realizes that his business went down because he kept treating his workers horribly. He wishes that he had been nicer, that he was there for squidward when he needed it, that he was a better father for pearl's sake. But it's too late now, Mr. Krabs feels guilty for all of this, and cant handle it anymore. The krusty krab's closing down today, forever.

I’m gonna be entirely real, that “STOP IT!” Audio is way more saddening and bone chilling than the visceral scream in the original, my god. Maybe it was the scene that accompanied it, but regardless that just felt way more powerful to me than the original.

Story: After Squidward committed suicide, everyone at a cemetery was wearing black suits with a grave decorated with coral flowers and a clarinet on Squidward’s gravestone, the priest of the cemetery told the others about Squidward and his suicide commitment and as SpongeBob was sad that Squidward was dead and he started crying, as Patrick cried along with him and meanwhile when Mr. Krabs is playing the world’s smallest violin just like in the episode: “Squilliam Returns”. He was gonna make less money without him and without Sqiodward, is he gonna make more money now because he will make less money?

As police tape surrounded the krusty krab Mr. Krabs had been fined for 1m Dollars. Mr. Krabs walks home in despair seeing that pearl is moving out he asks why she says nothing and walks away he walks into his house to find nothing but divorce papers on the dinner table filed by Ms. Puff, Mr. Krabs overwhelmed by despair and doom he soon grows insane picking up a knife going in a killing spree turning his victims into krabby patties. The episode ends with Mr. Krabs looking into the camera into the viewers eyes eating one of the patties.

so I saw rat squids lore and I'm gonna add in some parts so when planktons business is booming he realized what happened to Squidward he hadn't read the news in a long time and assumed that Squidward quit and SpongeBob worked at night (because plankton stole it in the day) as he saw that Squidward died he became lifeless just sitting in his bedroom day by day he realized his life has no point anymore he got what he wanted so he is planning to kill himself on the day Krabs and him made the Krabby patty secret formula (forgot the date srry) but he heard something pearl screaming? "I must not go outside" he thought until he realized it was the day he decided that he will let pearl eat him but once he looked outside blood scattered everywhere pearl was dying fins chopped off so she couldn't escape plankton tried to call 911 the hospital but they didn't respond so he tried to do CPR she was right on the rode "it doesn't matter" plankton muttered and he got run over leaving Mr Krabs in even more of a depressing state note: after planktons death he realized he sacrificed himself just to save another life "maybe I should have gave it to him" "maybe I was wrong" "I'M ALWAYS WRONG" he screams Squidwards death he thinks back to "it's my fault" "I underpaid him I made him do all that work for not even a dollar" "WHAT AM I" Patrick no where to be seen "pearl I'm sorry I wasn't there" he is having a PTSD breakdown "it's all your fault" "this is why I quit" "disgusting can't even pay for anything" "you killed him" "you could have saved them" "WHATS THE POINT" that's when he says "STOP IT STOP IT" I imagine him saying that for hours on end

I actually feel really bad for Mr Krabs like actually
so what i think happend was that one of his best and only friend in the war was kidnapped by the other team after all of them died but one and that one (let's call him mike) was determined to kill or destroy mr krab's life to the point were he kills him self so he has a plan. first he gets Mr. Krab's best friend and ties him to a bunch of explosives while he stays chained to the wall and forced to watch his best friend die right in front of him and his planned worked. then he ran away morning his freind's death and after a few days he tells squidward that he is going to be the boss and to take care of spongebob for me (tears up a tiny bit) then he tells squidward what he's going to do. Squidward: Mr. Krabs you should. Think of everything you have to live for. pearl, spongebob, the entire f$cking Krusty Krab for Neptune sake. We can't live with out. Mr. Krabs:(yells as loud as he can) I WAS FORCED TO WHATCH MY BEST FRIEND- MY ONLY FRIEND IN THE WAR TO DIE IN AN EXPLOSIVE LAST THURSDAY!!! YOU THINK I'M JUST GONNA SHRUG IT OFF?!?! NO!!! (in the day time, squidward actually hired someone to prevent Mr. Krabs from kil;ing himself and thas where bf comes in) bf tries to talk it out through a song. then you have the entire song to describe the end scene.
