It is recommended that you press them all at the same time, something like Ctrl+Alt+Del

Take a tiny sip of water, swallow normally then intentionally exhale. This forces the epiglottis to close and re-open. Now do it again; tiny sip, swallow, exhale. Now do it several times in a row, rhythmically. Sip, swallow, exhale; sip, swallow, exhale; over & over rhythmically until the 2 ounces of water or the hiccups are gone. When done correctly, it usually takes less than 10 cycles and less than one ounce of water. That's it. That's all there is to it. It has never failed when done correctly

Unfortunately, no, at least not yet. It is so simple that video isn't really necessary. Tiny sip, swallow, exhale; sip, swallow, exhale, rhythmically over & over. So easy. Never fails. Resets the swallowing rhythm.

Best method 100% working : what you need bread + milk ... / methode : fill mouth with bread mixed with milk then drink small quantities of water and the hiccups will certainly go away.
