Also Remi , love you but could you slow down a smidge please? I feel breathless and kinda like dizzy with the breakneck speed of the cooking steps. Like I read a few pages without any punctuation or ran a mile without breathing. Its the editing style too. I think there should be a few seconds title page for the recipe with the name and ingredients in the beginning of each item, like in a slow calm music bit. Or no music at all. So there is some distinct gaps between the recipes. And a few seconds montage of each finished dish in the end please! I feel like I can't breathe, bit nauseaus , cant even think of eating anything😂😫 seriously. The non cooking show vlogs where you cook are super awesome, the style how you speak and take us through the steps and those always make me so hungry. I watched this episode in 3 parts, with breaks. I am loving all the recipes and they look great!

But whoever is editing these, please please please listen to the comments. I personally really enjoy how she has edited this video. To each their own, but it made it feel less "martha steawrt" and more like something your average person could do. I think she could keep doing what she's doing, if she focuses on being perfect and avoiding cutting out scenes and stuff it would be very dry and boring. I actually HATE buzz feed cooking videos. Awesome kitchen knife skills! Maybe also teach how to handle a kitchen knife and effectively cut. It really makes a difference, especially in time and how things are cooking when they are thinly sliced. My mom taught me it and it's a game changer.
I love this, but I wish it was more "natural" with less editing and not moving so quickly. I'd like the videos longer so I can follow along more and not moving so fast. Great start, though!

AHH love this episode. It’s so amazing how you’re getting your friends involved in such a natural way!! How do you clean up oil from all the frying? That’s always been my biggest concern and why I haven’t tried actually frying foods!
No matter how you clean up your kitchen after you're done frying, just don't pour the hot oil down the drain. Once it's cool, pour it in a can and freeze it and the dispose of the oil that way.
Ive been fan for such a long time!!! I would loveee to see a video of you using your favorite cooking machine!!! I always see you getting some awesome gadgets for your birthday and christmas!! I struggle often with my air fryer or instant pot. I would LOVE remi recipe to help me out!!! :D
