Ang ganda ng concept...simple but elegant. One thing I like the most is the foyer...pagbukas ng pinto hindi agad living area ang makikita...Kudos, AKM Designs. Keep it up.

I Love this design, has a lot of natural light. No steps and stairs Ideal for a Senior citizen.

nice modern design, great layout with a 'proper' entrance/welcoming space and some privacy to the living area/salon, decent sized bedrooms and good sized dining and kitchen areas. Very nice

Perfect design!👍👏👏👏just alternation of the places and rooms is not clear. It should be one by one, step by step, like smb is walking from entrance and rotating from one place to another. If not the floor plan, nothing could be clear for viewer.

Can u make a design that has 3 bed rooms, 1 room for 2 children, masters room has walk in closet, with pantry, formal and dirty kitchen, office with library, an inside the house courtyard, utility room, stock room, servants quarters and a family room. And of course a laundry room... if possible bungalow type with a tropica minimalistl vibe 😄😄😄😄

Nice design. However, Ihate open concept so I'd close the kitchen, replace the living area with a small room and replace both bed1 and 2 with one closed living room
