Actually what does a Samsung charger look like? Samsung is a South Korean multinational company which is famous for electronic gadgets like Smartphone, Laptop, TV, Fridge, Washing machine and many more.
According to a report, it is the No. 1 Smartphone Brand in the world for selling. After launching a product from a famous brand, some manufacturers try to duplicate and sell it on the market.

Fake Samsung charger also looks like the original one. You can’t differentiate which one is original and which one is fake. The charger works like a genuine one, but it may damage your smartphone.

First look at the logo. The thickness of the “A” letter in the fake Samsung charger is more than the original charger. SAMSUNG logo in the genuine charger has the same thickness of all letters.
What is the difference between original and fake charger?
Android chargers are all different but should be marked with the logo of the phone company. The absence of a certification mark, such as UL (Underwriters Laboratories) mark. This should sit between the two bottom pins on the underside of the charger.
Why is my Samsung fast charger not charging fast?
Another possible reason fast charging does not work is the accumulation of dirt or residue in the charging port. Your charger can't operate at its full capacity or even at all if it has dirt or lint in it. Using a toothpick or needle, remove any dirt, grime, or other residues.
Find the "UL" logo on the back of the charger. This should be in the lower left quadrant of the charger; the logo resembles a "UL" surrounded by a circle. UL stands for Underwriters Laboratories, which is a safety organization tasked with maintaining safety standards for all marketplace technology. If your charger doesn't have a UL logo, you shouldn't use it.

I got this charger with a new, sealed phone from official distribution and it has plain QR code (dots are not separated) and the house icon is rectangular. I'm afraid you've got yourself two fake chargers...

Mine has model name: EP-YA20EWE. My guess it's a genuine Samsung charger. But only for Asian Market. Since the one for the EU and U.S is EP-TA20EWE.
