Paparuda is a rain dance fertile women do when there is drought. It's to summon the rain after long periods of drought basically. My mom made me do this when I was younger visiting my grandma in our village. Very old Romanian tradition and very special.

He got it , so he stolen her , locked her in his house and usually he should go to her parents to arrange the marriage and announce everyone she's taken from now.
This was the meaning, is a old tradition of getting married.
If your taking of your scarf for him , is a sign you want to get married.
He's locking her in the house because the parents if they don't agree with the marriage they can't take her back because she's locked in his property. Once you're passing through the door of a men , your like married to that men.

"She escaped from his house" , meaning mixed feelings for him , she's not sure she want. She's going out again and she's finding herself criticise by the world because she lost "her scarf". She's not a pure girl anymore.
She's following him through, since they been kids , meaning a strong powerful feeling it's been build between them , longevity in their relationship.

On the end they ending up the hill next to a "scary crow" , meaning, them together/ what is between them to , is scaring anything bad/ anyone, from coming closer and hurt. Because they're together, they're up there , superior to the world
